Villa Oslo is a modern, luxury-equipped villa with spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with en-suite, living and dining rooms with sea views and exit to the pool area, private, heated pool, outdoor barbecue, and dining area with amazing views. The view from the house is spectacular during the day and night of the island of Brač and the sea.
Located in a quiet part of Omiš and Duće, you have the opportunity to be close to everything needed for modern living, but still enjoy a very quiet and private location. Only 300m or a 5-minute walk to get to the most beautiful sandy beach with very clear water.

The whole house is very nicely decorated, fully equipped, modern, and has everything you need (microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker...), fiber internet... Restaurants are 1 km away, the beach is 300m away, the small market is 800 m away, and the big supermarket is less than a 3-minute drive.

The ground floor offers: an Air-conditioned living area with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, both with an exit to the sun deck area and pool.
Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed, TV, A/C, Bedroom No2 with 2 single beds, TV, A/C, Family bathroom with shower, Toilet.

First Floor offers: Bedroom No. 3 with a king-size bed with sea views, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom No4 with 2 single beds and sea views, TV, A/C, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outdoor offers: Barbecue, outdoor dining area for 8 persons, sun deck area next to the pool, private heated pool 6m x 4m, 8 sun deck chairs, and amazing sea views.

The eight of us had the best time. The villa was fantastic, and the pictures do not do the place justice. Everything to make you feel at home, from the kitchen being well stocked of equipment, and the bathrooms with plenty of towels. The outside dining area with a brick fire was a great way to chill with the family. The pool was a perfect size for the children and adults to have fun. The Villa location was spot on - 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarkets within a mile and the town of Omiš was just over a mile (nice walk down for evening meal). Danijela, met us on arrival and showed us around. Nothing was too much trouble and if we had questions, she was quick to respond. Overall, we would highly recommend this Villa and would love to visit again in the future. ThanksMark and family

Ultra Modern Villa with exceptional finish however privacy is lacking in outside spaced

The Villa is located in an elevated position with outstanding views although a new Villa is under construction right in front. The facilities and internal finishing is one of the best I ever experienced. Only downside is the pool is too small and very also very cold, the outside spaces are overlooked by neighbouring apartments, each time we made use of the garden or the barbecue the neighbouring guests are passing by in full view. There is also a temporary pool for the next door apartments erected next to the barbecue area. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The pool size is 6m x 4m and all our guests were happy with it so far, and the temperature is normally higher in this time of year, but due to bad weather and lots of rain the water was chilled out. Perfect villa in a lovely location

The whole family enjoyed their stay. Omis is a wonderful town to explore The river trip to Radman Mill was so beautiful. Krka National Park is a place I shall revisit, so many trails to explore. It was lovely to have the beach so close to the villa, albeit if you have to walk down an unmade path,a bit difficult in the dark !! It was a shame there was building work in front of the villa which spoiled the view slightly. I do hope there won't be another house built in front of the Villa which will obscure the amazing view of Brac and Omis. The caretakers were very helpful when we queried anything and I thank them for helping us find the villa when we first arrived. I would like to mention that a double duvet and double sheet on the double beds would have been better, rather than single sheets and single duvet. It would have been been nice if the pool was heated. It was too cold to swim in it, especially for the baby. The sea was warmer ! It would also be a good idea if there could have been a stair gate to use as there are a lot of stairs, a potential danger if you have a baby/toddler. The family would love to return some day.

Härlig villa med fin utsikt !

Vi fick ett fint bemötande av husvärden och huset är snyggt designat och köket m vardagsrummet och badrummen var vi speciellt nöjda med. Poolen med verandan och matplatsen med egen grill var våra favoritplatser. Huset ligger högt och med underbar utsikt men det var rätt brant upp så var försiktiga när kör upp/ner till huset med bil. Kring huset ligger några villor till men det störde inte. Bra närhet till livsmedelsbutik och till Omis med många restauranger. Gamla stan i Omis är fint medan den nya delen där stranden ligger inte är lika charmig. Från vårt hus gick det en stig ner till stranden i Dugi Rat, som var en mycket fin strand med bra service. Rekommenderas verkligen - allt fungerade väldigt bra och vår familj trivdes hela veckan !

The Most Perfect Villa...Villa Oslo.

We enjoyed a wonderful first visit to Croatia..made extra special by being lucky enough to have found Villa Oslo. Great position, superbly kitted out with lots of space and comfort. Great supply of essentials and linen. Amazing views....made it hard to leave the villa. Great sandy beach with beach beds, shades and cafes 300metres walk away. Supermarket and Omis harbour in walking distance. A car would be useful to really see as much as possible. The Villa Management Team were very helpful and welcoming. A 5 Star Holiday!!

Beautiful villa, excellent location

Villa is beautiful with the location for walking to the beach or the nearby town Omis being excellent. Villa was extremely clean and had everything you needed for eating in. The 4 teenagers loved the pool and the chance to escape parents by walking to the beach or town by themselves!

Very easy process. Property very smart. Great week. Bedrooms very nice as are bathroom and kitchen. Very modern and well equipped. There is an area of wasteland in front of the property that may get built on at some stage but no sign as yet and apparently no action for last 2 years. Reccomend white water rafting and Krka National Park as outings. If you have jelly or neoprene shoes take them to Krka for swimming in the waterfall. Studentac supermarket perfectly positioned for villa. To go into town park on this side of the bridge in big car park and walk in. Much easier. Old town has a nice feel.

A perfect house

Elegant house, well maintained, fully equipped (even with sharp knives in the kitchen). A beautifully decorated small garden, with a nice outdoor table for evening meals. Wonderful view, unfortunally disturbed by the construction works going on just in front of the house (we got some compensation for that). The pool was lovely for the children, well heated. The small beach, 300 m downhill from the house was also lovely; soft sand shadowed by small Tamarisque trees. A good beach restaurant for lunch or drinks. You definitely need a car. A good supermarket is not far away, but too heavy to walk down and up the hill. Omiš is really a wonderful place surrended by impressive mountaines. An excursion to the Krka national park and along the Cetina river is highly recommended. As a whole we spent 9 lovely days in Omiš and villa Oslo, and we were also very lucka with the weather

Woken by dumper trucks and JCB's

Arrived at the Villa to a warm welcome, and the villa was beautiful inside and out and very clean. However directly in front of the villa, there is significant work being carried out on next property and vacant lot in front. Builders were on site over looking pool 6 days out of 7 day break, from 8am. JCB (large digger) was left directly in front of property for the week. However was not used for last 5 days. The builders did, however, make use of this for privacy while they urinated off the edge hillside. Dumper trucks, diggers and today a huge cement mixer tarnished what should have been amazing views, peaceful and relaxing setting.

Thank you for kind words regarding our welcome and villa offer, it is indeed a high-quality accommodation with a very comfortable interior. We feel so sorry for the construction works in front, and we would feel much better if you had informed us about this, as we could talk it over with the site manager (by the law they can work until June 15th). We did not know it was this bad. Due to the long rain period, they needed to finish some important part and it lasted for a few days. Now everything is finished.

Big, modern, clean and gorgeous view

Great welcome and gorgeous villa. Everything you need is supplied and the view is outstanding. Pool could be a little warmer for those staying with small children but a small point. Would happily stay again although the hill up and from the main road will be trickier with toddlers and young children as too steep for little legs. A car would be useful.

Superb and thoroughly recommended

My family have just returned from a superb fortnight at Villa Oslo. This was a brilliant place to stay for a number of reasons: 1) Beautifully presented (very modern, exceptionally clean and well maintained) 2) Nice pool, ideal temperature at 80-82F 3) Close to the beach, well within walking distance 4) Excellent housekeepers who were always on hand to assist as required 5) Great agent - very quick at responding 6) Very approachable and helpful owner 7) Walking distance to Omis and many nearby restaurants 8) Easy to get to Split, Split Airport and Krka National Park My family would have no hesitation staying at Villa Oslo again and would thoroughly recommend to anybody. Than you once again to all those who made our holiday such a fantastic time!

A beautiful apartment and great location

A fantastic place to explore the coast, with good proximity to Omis and local amenities and beach. Only drawback was a bit of building work surrounding the property but didn't spoil the fantastic views. Would highly recommend for families or couples. Thank you!

Komfortables Haus mit Meerblick

Wir waren zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) und hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Villa Zara. Das Haus ist modern und gut ausgestattet. Zum Meer geht man ca. 10 min. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings sehr steinig und mit Bauschutt versehen. Abends von Omiš kommend kann man aber über die Straße gehen, die komfortabler ist. In die Stadt geht man ca. 20 min. Den Supermarkt kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen, wir sind aber gefahren. Richtung Omiš gibt es immer Stau, die Altstadt ist sehr schön, rundherum gibt es eher Plattenbauten, hat uns nicht besonders gefallen. Wir können das Restaurant Bastion empfehlen.

Nice Villa with frendly host / contact person

We stayed in this nice Villa 10 days in mid-June 2017. The contact person was very friendly and on a day we arrived fresh bred, cherries, cheese, local ham and juice were provided by the contact family. It was a nice surprise and we felt us very welcome. The outdoor pool was nice but it was a bit cold while the pool was not equipped with the heating system. Some bees were flying around the pool due to nice flowers just front of the villa. The location of the Villa is optimal. Split is just 45 minutes by the car and charming Omis is 3 minutes by the car. Nice and kids friendly beach is easy to access by the car. It would have been a perfect walking exercise to go by walking to the beach but with small kids not convenient due to Villa's location at the top of the small hill. Supermarket with a wide selection of all kind of fresh ingredients is just 2 minutes by the car. Near to Duce there is a direct ferry connection to an amazing blue lagoon or to other lovely islands. Especially the blue lagoon is optimal for the snorkeling. The kitchen was well equipped. The small improvement idea is to replace current frying-pan with better one. All rooms were furnished in good taste and they were equipped with air condition system, which worked very efficient. The sea view was indeed amazing. We like to thank our host family for the excellent service and all other nice people in Croatia. The country is perfect to visit and the Villa met our expectations.

Fräscht hus med fantastisk utsikt

Ett semesterhus med sköna sängar, fräscha duschrum, bra utrustat kök och trevlig grillplats. En härlig pool som under veckan kompletterades med solstolar, totalt 8 stycken. Huset låg på höjden med promenadavstånd till mycket bra supermarket och sand/grusstränder. Närheten till Omis gav semestern en möjlighet till blandade upplevelser, vandring till fantastiska fortica Starigrad och en båttur på floden Cetima. Ett minus var att det pågick byggnation av en ny fastighet precis bredvid. Det innebar ljud från maskiner och slipning, vilket upplevdes störande. Vi påtalade detta till ägaren och fick en ekonomisk kompensation. Kontakterna med agenten, de som skötte städningen och ägaren fungerade perfekt. Det kändes tryggt och med ett mycket gott bemötande ! Vi är totalt nöjda med vår vistelse.

Schönes Haus, schöner Ausblick

Wir sind vom Flughafen Split mit dem Auto angereist. Nachmittags war etwas Verkehr auf der Küstenstraße, aber kein Stau. Wir wurden herzlich von Tomislav empfangen der uns das Haus gezeigt hat. Es ist alles neu und luxuriös ausgestattet. Obergeschoss 2 Zimmer mit eigenen Bädern. Unten 2 Zimmer mit einem Bad. Jedes Zimmer ist mit TV und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Blickfang ist der wunderbare Pool. Man hat selbst aus dem Pool heraus den Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Brac. Rechts neben dem Haus waren 2 Baustellen für weitere Häuser. Allerdings war dies kein Problem da in der Sommerzeit aus Rücksicht auf den Tourismus dort nicht gebaut werden durfte. In Zukunft dürften dort aber Nachbarn einziehen. Der Weg zum Strand war anfangs etwas steil und nicht ausgebaut. Wer nachts heim kommt sollte Taschenlampe oder Handy zum ausleuchten dabei haben. Die nächsten Orte und Umgebung bieten eine große Auswahl an Restaurants und Aktivitäten.

Perfect holiday in a perfect villa

Villa Zara is an absolutely stunning house with everything you will need for your holiday. It is brand new, spacious, modern design villa with beautiful pool, perfectly equipped kitchen, barbecue, A/C and much more... I was trying to find at least one negative comment about our stay in the house, but I couldn´t... it was really perfect. We strongly recommend this villa anybody who wants to have an unforgettable holiday.

Best accommodation and service

The villa was immaculate and finished to a very high standard. This was the best accommodation we have stayed in on any holiday we have been on. Home away staff were helpful and very informative we would use them again. Overall we have nothing negative to say about the villa, the area we stayed and the home away agents. Definitely 10/10.
