NARCISSOS ‘NISSI BEACH’ Apartment C12 is conveniently situated in the heart of the Nissi Beach area of Ayia Napa; four hundred meters from the well-known Nissi Beach Hotel. Within 2-3 minutes walk one can find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bank, pharmacy and also all major wedding hotels on Nissi Avenue like the Nissi Beach Resort. Ayia Napa center 2 Km away bus stop and Taxis 2 min walk from the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. It has two large bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and one large bathroom.

Bright and with modern furnishing, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a washing machine, microwave oven, tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, safety deposit box and ironing equipment. Having a sofa bed (140 X 200 cm) in the living room the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons. (5th and 6th persons/s are charged extra). The fully furnished, 32m² balcony has an amazing view of the communal pool making it an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing meal as well as to enjoy the sun on the 2 sunbeds with umbrella provided on the balcony. The apartment offers private covered parking and has an elevator.

In the price includes electricity of 26 kWh per day which is enough for a normal use. We do not accept reservations for hen, stag or similar parties. For our younger guests under 25 years of age, a damage (security) deposit of EUR 300 is required and will be collected on arrival either as a cash or by credit card. The deposit will be refunded upon departure, subject to an inspection and provided there will be no damages in the apartment.
