Immersed in the tranquillity of the hamlet of Priezzo, Attico Gina is a romantic attic apartment of approximately 50 m², ideal for a couple or a small family up to 3 people. Located on the top floor of Casa Gina, a two-family house with a garden and barbecue, the attic has been recently renovated to offer a welcoming, modern environment with a rustic charm.



The interior, with exposed wooden ceiling, offers a warm and intimate atmosphere, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape. The apartment consists of a bright living area with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and an open-plan bedroom in studio style. Contemporary design meets the warmth of natural materials, creating a unique and evocative environment.



Available to guests is also a private car park and a solarium area, perfect for enjoying the sun in total tranquillity.



Important note: The penthouse is located on the second floor and is only accessible via internal stairs, therefore it is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Moreover, due to the architectural characteristics of the attic, accommodation is recommended for people with a maximum height of 1.80 m.
