I absolutely loved staying here. The location was PERFECT and we could get to everything so quickly. The place was clean and had a cozy feel. Would definitely book this place again!

Excellent Location

Fantastic location and very clean and nice property. Would stay there again for sure only issue I had was connecting to the site outside of Vrbo to get all of the information for check-in because of poor cell service by the apartment.

Thank you for your kind words, Brian! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the fantastic location and cleanliness of the property and that you’d choose to stay with us again. That means a great deal. We appreciate you pointing out the difficulty accessing the check-in information due to poor cell reception near the apartment. We understand how this can be frustrating and will look into ways to make the process smoother, including ensuring critical information is easily accessible in advance. We hope to welcome you back soon for another enjoyable stay. Best regards, Joivy Team

Perfect base for the Fringe. Exactly as described. Clean, tidy, kitted out with all you could need and immediate contact and action from host. We were very happy here.

The property was clean, roomy, and very suitable for 2 couples. Loads of room, decent kitchen and bathroom. Slightly dated, but in a great, very convenient position. Felt safe and secure. The negatives were, lots of steps to get to the entrance, above and below, not suitable for anyone disable. No free standing shower, so again cannot recommend for anyone disabled. No parking.

Good bargain but tricky to navigate

Great location to be close to everything, but plan to spend a bit of extra time on arrival finding the place and keys if you’re unfamiliar with Edinburgh. Property management was unresponsive to questions. That being said the place was wonderful, and a great value to find 2 beds with full amenities and laundry!!

Rundown Neighborhood/Noisy

While lodgings were adequate, surrounding area was not what we had hoped. Apartment is off of a trash strewn, graffiti infested area where people not living there are hanging out at all times of the night. Property is close to Fringe Festival, which we wanted, but too close as late night music and noise kept us from sleeping.
