Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4 (but can accommodate 1 extra on a small pull out bed if necessary. Ideally meant for a child)
Located in New Town, this cosy and inviting 2-bedroom flat is waiting to welcome guests to Scotland's historic and beautiful Edinburgh.

The space
It is spacious, has a king-sized bed, a queen size double bed, a small occasional single trundle bed and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Its location is just perfect, as it is within walking distance of the numerous restaurants and shops of New Town. Central Edinburgh and several popular attractions are also just a few minutes away on foot. Bus stops are practically on every street nearby, plus there are two tram stations a 5-minute walk away from the flat. To get in and out of the city without much fuss, there’s Edinburgh Waverley station a little further down.

9 minute walk from Camera Obscura and World of Illusions and 0.6 miles from Edinburgh Playhouse. This apartment is a 15 minute walk from Royal Mile.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, and a (Website hidden by Airbnb) Flat for 5 in Edinburgh has free WiFi and 2 TV's.

Popular points of interest near the apartment include The Real Mary King's Close, Edinburgh Castle and National Museum of Scotland. The nearest airport is Edinburgh Airport, 9 miles from this Comfy Flat for 5 in Edinburgh’s New Town. New Town is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, food and culture.

The flat is in a residential block so is quiet and peaceful. This also means it's really important that guests respect my neighbours by ensuring they are quiet when entering and leaving (no slammed doors please!) and no litter or cigarette butts left by the front door or dropped into the cellar flats front yard. Lovely property

The property was clean and modern. Comfortable beds and great location. Could use more end tables. Kitchen was not well outfitted for cooking and lacked some basic cooking equipment (measuring cups, mixing bowl, oven pans). No instruction booklet was provided. Eddie and Natalie were very responsive during our stay.

Excellent apartment

Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment in central location in easy reach of all attractions. Welcoming and helpful owner providing comprehensive check-in info. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to return! Had a fabulous stay!

Disappointing except location

Despite closeness to train station and other central points, an abundance of small flaws added up to frustration and irritation. (E.g., dicey Wi-Fi, ill-fitting toilet seat, too-high bathroom mirror, busted door in second bedroom with raunchy closet and ill-fitting bed, difficult front-door locking mechanism, inconvenient lock box for checking in process, back-breaking bar stools, lack of soap for shower, and more.) I would not stay here again. I would never ask a fifth person to sleep on the grungy bed jammed into the 2nd bedroom closet.

Perfect Location

The location is ideal for a visit to Edinburgh, 10-15 minute stroll from the Train Station. Upon Arrival we found the apartment clean, tidy and well equipped. Communication with Host was very responsive. Well placed for dinning options with bar/resturants accross the road.

Lovely, warm and well-kept flat with all amenities. Very friendly host who answered our queries very quickly. We will be happy to return!
