With room for 5 guests, this fantastic house is amazing as it is located in front of the beach of sa Marina in Alcúdia.
The back terrace of this house is wonderful since it's perfectly furnished in order to enjoy unforgettable moments when having breakfast or delicious barbecues alfresco. However, the real wonder of this house is the fact that it's only 15 metres away from the beach. Just cross the road and swim!

Airy and with a fresh style, the inside welcomes you in a cosy living room, where you can watch the TV-sat or a DVD film with the best company of the sea views. The living is open to the dining kitchen where you will cook your best recipes on the ceramic top or in the oven and enjoy your meals all together. This whole space has an AC unit. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms with a closet and AC each, one with a single bed and the other two with double beds. One of the latest features an en-suite with a shower and there also is a bathroom with a tub for the rest of the accommodation. Finally, a baby cot and a high chair are available.

The house is located in front of the beach of sa Marina, in Alcúdia. You must take into account that it's placed by the road with vehicles passing by continuously. Nevertheless, the road also allows an easy and quick access to many other beautiful places in this coastal area of the island, like the town of Alcudia or Alcanada, which golf course is on of the most valued in the island.

We had a great weekend in the villa and exploring the surrounding beaches. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Walked (10 mins)/drove (2 mins) into the small town where there’s a supermarket and a handful of beautiful restaurants.

Good House/Service

We had a lovely stay at the house! It's super close to the beach, each room either has AC or a ceiling fan which is really handy. Sadly we couldn't really use the garden because of the mosquitoes but that's nobody's fault. There's a lovely terrace which looks into the street but is a really nice place to have meals and a glass of wine in the evening. There aren't many places to go for a coffee but there's a restaurant and small shops. But of course the beach makes up for everything, we walked there barefoot from the house!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Alcudia! Das Personal von Homerti ist sehr nett und haben sich immer blitzschnell um Anfragen gekümmert und sich stets bemüht. Das Airbnb ist sehr schön mit dem direkten Ausblick aufs Meer. Der Strand vor dem Haus ist nicht unbedingt der schönste, aber man hat vieles in Alcudia zu entdecken! Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr süss und haben uns einen netten Brief und einige Snacks so wie einen Wein hinterlassen, was wir eine schöne Geste fanden. Es war alles sauber, einladend und gut ausgestattet. Wir werden wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank für alles :) noch ein kleiner Tipp am Rande: am besten ihr bucht euch noch Fahrräder oder ein Auto dazu! So erreicht ihr alles schnell. Ohne wird es wahrscheinlich eher einwenig schwierig. Danke für alles. Liebe Grüsse von Ardiana und Simon

Haus hat viel Platz

Haus hat viel Platz (wir waren nur zu zweit). Besonders viel Zeit haben wir im Innenhof verbracht auch der Grill wurde benutzt... wir hatten ein technisches Problem mit der Waschmaschine und der Kontakt konnte easy hergestellt werden. Und es kam am selben Tag noch jemand gucken. Alcudia Altstadt ist in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Top Ausgangslage um verschiedene Wandertouren anzufahren. Für den Strandaufenthalt war der Strand vor der Haustür nichts (vielleicht ist es im Sommer auch sauberer). Aber es ist ganz toll das wir das Meer vom Sofa aus sehen konnten. Laufen und Schwimmen passt auch (Wasser ist lange flach).

La casa Sa Marina è grande a sufficienza per 5 persone ed è gradevole negli arredi, esattamente come da foto. La veranda sul retro eccellente per far colazione e cena. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Il mare di fronte a casa diventa il paradiso per gli amanti del kite surf quando nel pomeriggio si alza il vento dal mare alla terraferma. Al mattino invece è un’enorme piscina naturale a disposizione per un bagno rinfrancante prima di colazione. La spiaggia è praticamente inesistente, ma l’acqua è limpida e trasparente. Anche la posizione è ideale per visitare il nord di Maiorca. Consiglio la casa, ci tornerei sicuramente

Eine super nette leckere Begrüßung, eine sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung mit allem was man so im Urlaub braucht und einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse im Innenhof ist sehr schön, die Terrasse vorne ist auf Grund des Verkehrs (schnelle Autos und extrem viele Radler im April:-) nicht nutzbar. Wie angegeben, hat die Wohnung keine Heizung, die Klimaanlage kann man zwar minimal als Heizung nutzen aber Anfang April war das besonders abends sehr frisch und wir waren froh, über unsere mitgebrachten Wärmflaschen. Die Lage ist - abgesehen von dem Lärm der Küstenstraße tagsüber, sehr optimal um den wunderschönen Norden zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine total schöne Woche in dem hübschen Häuschen.
