Old town center with museums, restaurants and shops are nearby. Easy walking distance. The shower was wonderful and the beds are extremely comfortable providing a goods night sleep. Host communicated with us quickly and met every need and request.

We had a fantastic four-night stay in Bruges at Barbara’s beautiful home, located right in the heart of the city. The house itself, its location within the city, the city of Bruges, and—last but not least—our charming host are highly recommended in every respect. We would happily return anytime.A tip for drivers: Parking in the garage directly next to the main train station is affordable (7 per day) and ideal. From there, the house is just a 10-minute walk away. Additionally, loading and unloading is possible directly in front of the house.

This house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was very central, we stopped by a couple of times in the middle of our sight-seeing to swap out some items. Our homeowners met us at check-in, they are lovely people and we immediately knew we had picked the right house. When we had one minor problem they got back to us immediately and fixed it. Also, my daughter loved the attic room and video called her bestie to show it off! I highly recommend this rental.

The location is indeed super, nearby all the interesting things to see, but in a quiet street. It's a late 19 Century house, stairs are narrow, like in the most 19 Century houses of Bruges, but that's also the charm of the house. Thanks for your visit, best regards Barbara

Very comfortable, cosy, well appointed stay in a quiet, historic area of old Brugge. Close to high street shopping and supermarket. Beautiful private courtyard at the rear of the property. A beautiful bunch of roses to enjoy. Spacious, sunny, beautiful bathroom with a big bath and great shower.

The location is excellent, quiet but close to everything. Barbara is communicative, helpful and friendly. The house is impeccably decorated with all the comforts. We’re only sorry we didn’t stay in Bruges longer, in part because the accommodation was perfect for us.

Perfectly located, this is a comfortable, beautiful flat. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and found Barbara waiting for us to show us around. She is very kind and always responded very quickly to my emails and questions. If you have children or aren’t as mobile as you used to be, please be aware that the stairs to the first floor are very steep and the treads are very small. We would stay there again and look forward to our next visit!

This property is by far the most beautifully designed and presented property I have experienced while traveling. Barbara has a eye for detail and exquisite taste and is a gracious and kind hostess. From the delicious homemade raspberry jam to the bottles of water to the elegant flatware , the property makes you feel at home. The location is extremely convenient to visiting beautiful historic Brugge. I recommend this with hesitation.

Barbara met us at the rental and was very friendly and welcoming. She recommended some restaurants and markets for us to visit. The towels and bed linens were fluffy and soft. The water pressure and the temperatures were excellent. We could’ve used instructions on how to use the shower’s faucet. We had trouble turning the water off. It has a faucet that as Americans we were not familiar with.We finally figured it out but felt bad about the water we wasted. All in all, we loved the location, amenities and the city of Bruge.
