It features a bright and modern interior, having been fully renovated in 2015 with tasteful furnishings.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the living/dining room and the bedroom. The living/dining area, which spans 20 square meters, has a dining table, cable TV with international channels, a flat screen TV, radio, and air conditioning unit. It also provides access to a small balcony of 8 square meters, complete with balcony furniture. The bedroom, measuring 12 square meters, includes a double bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and an additional air conditioning unit.
