私たちの別荘は、小さな村の丘の上にあり、ブドウ畑と地中海の自然の息をのむような景色を眺めることができます。 温水インフィニティプール（5月から10月）の隣のテラスで、静かで静かな環境をお楽しみください。 私たちの別荘はピレネー山脈のふもと、カタリ地方、コルビエール地域にあります。これは、歴史、自然、リラクゼーションの機会に満ちた地域です。 近くにはさまざまなウォーキングやサイクリングのルートがあります。ガラムス渓谷でキャニオニングを練習できます。海は車で1時間です。カルカソンヌ、ククナン、ペルピニャン、フォントフロイデ修道院、ケリブス城、ペイペルテューズ城など、多くの文化的な見所を忘れないでください。

別荘「àl’aise」には、4つのベッドルーム、3つのバスルーム、オープンキッチン、渓谷のパノラマの景色を望むリビングルームがあります。

What an absolutely lovely site! Peaceful and comfortable with a great view of the hills. Tom went out of his way to make us comfortable and went above and beyond what we expected on the day of our late arrival. would definitely aty here again!!

Amazing View

It was a fantastic holiday! The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and offers fantastic views. The pool is very nice. The house is big enough for 2 families (3 bathrooms and 2 large fridges), very clean and well equipped (we didn't want for anything). Lynn and Tom are very friendly, we felt really welcome and we were provided with lots of useful tips and excursion destinations in advance. Thank you very much for everything and we would love to come back anytime!

Great if you want to get away from it all!

Great property with everything you could want for a break away from it all. Don’t underestimate how remote this place is, though. There’s nothing - shop, restaurant, etc (that we found, anyway) - within walking distance so a car is essential. The plus side of that, of course, is wonderful peace and quiet and beautiful scenery. Sitting on the balcony with a glass of something chilled, listening to the birds and looking out over the valley is very pleasant indeed. Garden area just needed a bit of tidying and the pool water level was low while we were there, but for us it wasn’t a problem and I’m sure Tom and Lynn (who were going there the week after we left) will have sorted all that out - they’re really great owners and communicated with us via WhatsApp while we were there. If you’re looking for a great place to get away from it all, book with confidence.

The villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay with basic items provided to use and replace when finished which makes self catering so much easier. The owners have clearly gone to great lengths to make sure you have all the day to day equipment you need to make the stay enjoyable. Downstairs which is cooler are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and upstairs a double bedroom and bathroom plus a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with the balcony offering magnificent views across the valley into the sunset. The infinity pool is a delight and the split level terraces offer shade as required when hot. Dining on the terraces is fine. No complaints at all. The absolute key to this property is the location which offers total solitude, peace and tranquillity - at times just the soft chugging of a tractor miles across valley with a chorus of birdsong as backing. The views and the surrounding countryside are extremely special. The small pay off? - you have to drive 15 mins to the next village for bread (there is also a good delivery service) and 25 minutes to the nearest supermarket in Tuchan which offers most things but you are on holiday right? So it really is no hardship to take a small trip down through picturesque gorges alongside amazing scenery to stock up. It is a wonderous relaxing villa in a fantastic rural settling with everything you need to unwind. Just wonderful - thank you.

Repos à Montgaillard

Nous y avons séjourné seulement une semaine malheureusement qui est passée trop vite! Nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir mais aucun problème les clés étaient dans un boîtier à code très pratique. La maison était propre et très agréable. Nous nous sommes vraiment reposés, c’est extrêmement calme il n’y que la nature autour de vous, c’est magnifique!!! La piscine est superbe et la vue je ne trouve pas les mots… On le referait sans hésiter…

Pretty, peaceful and remote

Charming property set into the rocks on the hillside. We enjoyed the pool very much and never tired of the exceptional view. The location is peaceful, tranquil and remote; do stock up on supplies on your way up to the house. The village is quiet and friendly. This is a fantastic place to “get away from it all”. Note that there are 3 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom upstairs. Thanks Tom and Lynn for a lovely stay!

Peaceful and pool with a view

Fantastic stay. Well lives up to the pictures! The owners and the site managers were friendly and very helpful. The property is at the end of the village with an amazing view. The pool is small but delightful. You can eat outside on the terrace where there are two tables and plenty of chairs and chaises longues. The kitchen is well-equipped. The owners have done an amazing job providing practical information about your stay, places to visit, biking and hikes in the area, etc. Good to know: there's even a 3.5 hour hike that you can do straight from the village. Just be aware that the downside to the calm is that the nearest (tiny) shop for groceries is 25 minutes away in Cucugnan (though it also has a great bakery). Also note that the house is on two floors, so if you have trouble with stairs this isn't the place for you. The kitchen is upstairs, which means you'll go up and down a lot if you eat outside.

Bon séjour

Maison avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur et ni de la piscine, à notre grand regret. Décoré avec goût. Et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et apporte beaucoup d'attention. Il ne manque rien, tout le nécessaire et même plus pour un séjour comme à la maison. Et une très bonne adresse pour manger et se dépanner à la P'tite Ardoise de Padern.

Belle semaine sportive

Nous étions venus pour découvrir le pays à vélo, la méteo pourtant un peu fraîche et le vent parfois violent n'ont pas réussi à diminuer le plaisir ressenti pendant notre séjour. La maison est vraiment très agréable et offre une belle base de départ pour parcourir de petites routes très peu fréquentées, c'est un très beau pays, à découvrir par les marcheurs, les cyclistes ou les amoureux de nature. .. Merci à Tom et Lynn de nous offrir la possibilité d'occuper quelques jours leur joli gîte.

Super hilltop property in a calm and beautiful part of the Corbieres

Montgaillard suited us perfectly: we wanted to walk, cycle, spend time enjoying the varied natural beauty of the area ... and its vineyards! The property is extremely well equipped indoors and outdoors. The views are stunning, and the outdoor space has been really well used to make the most of them. There was nothing missing that we wished we had (that is not true of all rental properties!) The hosts have gone to great lengths to provide information about everything interesting in the area so that you can get the most out of your stay. The place looks great in the photos and the reality doesn't disappoint. Montgaillard is remote - we knew about that and knew we wouldn't be able to (for example) walk to shops or a restaurant. We loved our stay.

Zalige locatie: prachtig zicht + genieten van de rust en de stilte. De eigenaar is heel goed georganiseerd en geeft op voorhand al nuttige info over de streek en tips voor uitstapjes. Propere woning met voldoende voorzieningen.

Week-end agréable

Très belle propriété avec une vue magnifique. Très belle piscine conforme aux photos... dommage que la promesse des 28 degrés ne soit pas tenue. Bien équipée (barbecue, salon de jardin, transats....) La maison est spacieuse et propre dans l’ensemble sauf les toiles d’araignées dans les chambres et les sols pas nettoyés dans la pièce de vie. Un petit bémol sur la literie pas très confortable bien que neuve. L’emplacement est très calme, on n’entend que le coq de la ferme d’à côté qui chante jour et nuit. Le petit village est très agréable mais isolé, il faut donc prendre la voiture au moins 30 minutes pour les commerces ou d’autres activités. Propriétaire à l’écoute et réactif.

Séjour parfait

La maison était parfaitement conforme aux indications et aux photos. La vue de la propriété était encore plus impressionnante en réalité. Les chambres sont confortables, les radiateurs et salles de bains fonctionnelles, la cuisine (et BBQ) entièrement équipée ... rien ne nous a manqué. La piscine est très bien également (un peu froide pendant notre séjour à cause du temps). Le village est très calme, en hauteur et accessible après de nombreux virages. Prévoir de faire le pleins de courses car les gros magasins alimentaires se trouvent a presque 1H de route (comme nous l'avaient indiqués les propriétaires). Il y a beaucoup a visiter aux alentours (gorges, châteaux, randonnées etc). Les propriétaires ainsi que le couple qui s'occupe de la propriété étaient tous très disponibles et arrangeants pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Je recommande donc cette propriété a 100%. Merci pour tout.

Magnifique

Un petit coin de paradis au coeur de la verdure. Calme absolu en effet, panorama extraordinaire, maison confortable (rarement eu une location aussi bien équipée, notamment équipement cuisine et linge de maison). Piscine incroyable, grande, ultra-propre, chauffée et encore une fois avec une vue ... waouh! Jardin petit, mais très agréablement aménagé, avec plusieurs endroits ou se relaxer, prendre un verre ou manger. Accueil chaleureux. Environs très riches en randonnées et visites.
