The Space:
This is a beautiful 4 bed house, situated in a residential square, meaning you are in a peaceful haven in the heart of London! Holland Park is a beautiful neighbourhood of London, filled with beautiful green spaces and fantastic restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as being close by many of London's most popular attractions.

It even features 1 free parking space, a rare amenity in London.

The house is across 4 floors, meaning it is spacious and comfortable for 7 people to each find their own privacy and relaxation.

The ground floor features a large TV room, ideal for kids to relax whilst the adults enjoy the smarter 1st floor sitting room. There is also a utility room and a downstairs loo here, and access to the garden.

The second floor is the main living space, with the brilliant open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room. With fantastic art work adorning the walls, you will feel right at home. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals, and the dining table comfortably seats 8.

The third floor features the luxurious master bedroom. with its super king bed, enormous wardrobe/dressing space and a divine ensuite bathroom, this is the perfect room to relax in comfort after a day exploring.

The top floor features the remaining 3 bedrooms. Two of these feature double beds, and the third is a charming single room, ideal for a child. These rooms share a spacious bathroom.

With Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush tube station 10 minutes away, there is excellent transport links to visit all the attractions that London has to offer, and also for anyone commuting to work.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house, except for some cupboards which may be closed.

The Neighborhood:
Holland Park is a delightful green space away from the hustle and bustle of London. Situated between Kensington High Street and Notting Hill, there are countless options for cafes, delis, boutiques restaurants, bars etc.

It is also very close to Kensington Olympia, perfect for business travellers!

The famous Westfield Shopping Centre is just 12 minute's walk away.

The excellent shops, restaurants and transport facilities of both Holland Park Avenue and Kensington High Street are within easy walking distance. Holland Park Underground station is on the Central Line providing access to the West End and the City.

The quintessentially British architecture in Notting Hill is well worth seeing, perhaps en route to Portobello Market or wonderful Westbourne Grove.

Please note that we provide small bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap, moisturiser and loo roll for the beginning of all our guest stays and once the products are finished, we kindly ask our guests to provide their own thereafter.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hotel-quality linen and towels.

If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.

We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.  Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee.

Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in.  Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.

The lead guest booking the property must be 25+ years old.
