It was very helpful to have Andrea meet us at check in and his continued help throughout our stay was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. His referrals for extra things we were looking to do in the area were great. Especially for a private e-bike tour for our group. The accommodations were wonderful and the patio outstanding! We enjoyed Sunset every evening.Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful stay.We wish you well!

Great place with beach nearby

Thanks for a great week in the apartment! We loved the aparmtment and the Pista Ciclabile and the bicycles that was included! Great view from the terrasse!

Great place, great view

An immaculate Appartment, with everything you need. Nice walk into San Remo, not far and perfect if you want to be just out of the busy centre. Would definitely return.

Wonderful Ocean and Sanremo views

Fantastic apartment, fully equipped, great view. You can walk or cycle to various beaches and the city center. Very nice hosts, good communication. Check in and out procedure very efficient and well supported.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful stay at U_sea. The apartment is stunning with a view to die for. We spent a lot of time just chilling on the enormous patio. Such a great space if you don’t want to go out and about everyday. Just a stroll to the beach for a nice cool swim and the cycle/walking path into San Remo was excellent and not too busy. The supermarket was close by to get supplies although definitely easier to drive there. All in all we had a superb holiday with everything we needed and more.

Wonderful appartment in San Remo

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful San Remo appartment that has a terrace with a unique view to the sea. The appartment is close to the beach and the cycling path and the bikes included enabled a swift trip to San Remo. The beach is beautiful and offers both a private and a public option. The appartment is very well equipped and parking for the car is of value. San Remo is a beautiful and lively city with lots of cafes and nice restaurants. Also the Alfred Nobel museum right on the cycling path was very interesting. Look forward to visiting San Remo again

Traumhafter Meerblick

Sehr moderne, geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung, Terrasse mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer. An Austattung war alles vorhanden, was wir gebraucht haben. Auch super fand ich, dass jedes Zimmer richtige Rolläden hat. Das einzige kleine Minus war für uns, dass die Wohnung doch relativ weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt liegt, man hat sich bei der Hitze dann doch eher gescheut, den Weg öfter auf sich zu nehmen.

Sehr schönes Appartement und alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, Service war perfekt

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist, 4 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder zwischen 1 und 5 Jahren. Check in ab 17 Uhr ist sehr spät mit kleinen Kindern, auf Anfrage evtl etwas früher einchecken zu können, konnten wir dann um 16:45 Uhr in die Wohnung. Ansonsten war die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise reibungslos und wir wurden mit einer Flasche Prosecco und Leckereien überrascht. Das Reisebett für unseren 1jährigen Sohn hat keine Matratze, es ist lediglich die harte Unterlage, die allerdings als Matratze gilt, unser Sohn konnte nicht darin schlafen. Es steht in der Tat außen auf dem Reisebett drauf, dass es keine zusätzliche Matratze benötigt, wir kannten das so einfach nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Wasserkocher war nicht vorhanden, wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt, vielleicht hätten wir dann noch einen bekommen. Es gibt leider kein Kindergeschirr und keinen Hochstuhl mit Rausfallschutz. In dem kleineren Badezimmer bräuchte es noch Haken. Die Größe der Wohnung ist toll und def für 2 Familien ausgelegt, leider gibt es nur einen Parkplatz und der 2. kostet 10€ / Tag, dies haben wir nirgends in der Anzeige des Objektes gelesen und beim Check In erfahren. Der Keller mit den Fahrräder ist sehr feucht und stinkend modrig. Der Fußweg zum Strand ist schrecklich, überall Müll und Kot. Die Stadt Sanremo ist im August eine totale Katastrophe, es gibt morgens um 9 Uhr schon keine Parkplätze mehr. Die Strände in der Nähe sind extrem voll, freie Liegen mit Schirmen gibt es quasi nicht.

Best Time and best weather

Wir sind mit einer sehr gemischten Gruppe aus Erwachsenen und Kindern angereist. Das Penthouse lies von der Größe und Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Der Strand an der Wohnung ist top und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Stadt Sanremo erreicht man perfekt mit den ausreichend vorhandenen Fahrrädern.

Breathtaking view, relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time in Sanremo in this beautiful property. The living space is very spacious and everything was clean and modern. The view from the huge terrace was remarkable. We loved biking or taking the scooters into town every day. The communication with the host was excellent and he went above and beyond to help us with any questions. We were there for a week and I wish we could have stayed late longer.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza tra amici, L'attico oltre ad essere arredato con ottimo gusto, ha un terrazzo con una vista mozzafiato, la vacanza è stata bella anche in pieno inverno per ricaricare le batterie al sole con il rumore del mare in sottofondo. A pochi passi dalla casa, la pista ciclabile e a disposizione degli ospiti biciclette per tutti i partecipanti. Andrea molto gentile e disponibile ha prontamente soddisfatto una nostra richiesta grazie a tutti. Torneremo presto Simona

Great Stay with a wonderful view

We really enjoyed a nice week with three kids in the flat. The kids especially liked the e-scooters which were for free in the cellar, and we loved the view and the space in the apartment. We’re happy to come back anytime. A little bit more flexibility with check in and check out times would be great for family with kids. Nevertheless thanks for everything.

Prachtig penthouse

Het verblijf in het prachtige penthouse was super, ruime kamers, geweldige faciliteiten (fietsen/ elektrische steppen), aan het strand, fietspad naar het centrum voor de deur. Appartement was zeer schoon en goed uitgerust. Het U Sea team was erg behulpzaam, reageerde snel op vragen en doet er alles aan om te zorgen dat je een fijn verblijf hebt. Top!

Appartement très agréable et une terrasse vue mer très confortablm

La surface de l appartement est adéquate au nombre de personnes, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables, les salles d'eau sont belles. Au top la disponibilités des vélos et trottinettes électriques .une déco et terrasse au top !! 😊. Le point négatif est le manque de stationnement et l accés piste cyclable un peu difficile due aux escaliers..je recommande cette location et les propriétaires sont très a l écoute et agréable
