Holiday in cyprus

Beautiful villa had everything you would need for a lovely holiday. The garden and swimming pool area were very large.would definitely recommend to anyone. The downstairs bedroom was really good as I have trouble with my legs x

Great villa fab location

A really lovely villa, outdoor area great and very relaxing with plenty of space. Close to the strip and in a lovely quiet area with a beautiful view of Profitis Elias church. Lots to do around and plenty of great trips. Just a short walk to the beach.

Large Villa with great location

10 mins from the strip, nice big villa. Good communications with owner and local assistant. Well equipped. I would just say the bathrooms will need an upgrade soon and the pool whilst very clean, needed effort every day to clear all the leaves from the trees and insects. Overall good value for money.

Lovely villa great location

The villa had all the amenities in the kitchen clean and ready to use, a great outside Bbq area with large pool. All rooms were good size and great location, short walk to the strip. We did have a slight problem at the beginning with water supply but it didn't inconvenient us as the owners sorted it out straight away which was great. We all really enjoyed our holiday here which was in a nice peaceful area. Thank you

Great Villa in the perfect location

The booking from start to finish was fantastic. Great communication before and during our stay. The villa perfectly suited our needs. Detached and located in a quiet neighbour but a stones throw away from Protaras main strip. The villa had everything we needed and really was a home from home. Great sized pool which the whole family really enjoyed. The TV has mainly channels and husband was super impressed he could watch the F1 from the comfort of the sofa! We loved our stay and hope to be back very soon.

Everything you need

Just come from Alan and Sue’s place and had a great time. House has everything you need and importantly all day sun. Location is fantastic, far enough away from the main strip but close enough to walk in 5 minutes. The best thing about the location is that you can walk to both the strip but also the other direction where it is slightly quieter, the best of both worlds. All communication with Alan was great. Tez who looks after things locally was also great. I have to say all this at what I think is a very reasonable price for the height of summer.

We were slightly disappointed upon arrival as the fridge freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine didn’t appear to have been cleaned very well for some time, not that we used them but would have preferred them cleaner. The mattresses could definitely do with being thicker as they were very uncomfortable. Whilst most of the major windows benefitted from blinds or shutters, the south facing main window in the master bedroom had neither, just some thin curtains. That meant that the master bedroom was bathed in light at sunrise, which was about 6.20am when we were there - far too early! The pool man came once in the whole 2 weeks we were there so that was disappointing, and not the twice weekly that Stacey told us would happen.On the positive side, the Villa was in fantastic location, the showers were superb and very powerful. Bonus having a downstairs bedroom and bathroom as well as the one upstairs. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Lovely welcome pack upon arrival, especially when the UK flights are so late. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds with a good size garden so it doesn’t feel overcrowded. First villa in Cyprus that we’ve had where we didn’t encounter a cockroach or army of ants for the fortnight, which was brilliant. Alan also agreed to a late check out, which was greatly appreciated.If Alan could sort the window, the mattresses and the pool/cleaning contracts, this would be a brilliant villa. Alan also great and easy to deal with.

It was a lovely Villa very well provided for with everything we could need.

It was perfect for what we needed, our only difficulty we had was in finding it on our arrival, as it was dark. The fr4ont motion sensor light had been turned off but luckily I had a torch which allowed us to open key safe. We had a great time and hope to return next year.

Fabulous villa,very clean.Fig tree beach and Nissi beach on your doorstep.

Kids felt at home specially with all the top Marvel films. Will definitely come again.
