Welcome to your holiday home in São Brás de Alportel hills panoramic mountain and sea views!



Caribe House is an isolated, spacious retreat in a very quiet rural area surrounded by nature, with extensive mountain and Algarve coast views. Just 15 minutes from Faro Airport and 20 minutes from Vilamoura, Faro or Olhão ideal for peace and quiet (car essential, not for walkable nightlife). Picture yourself enjoying 180º sunset views from the private pool, relaxing in shaded outdoor lounges, or dining al fresco with the gas BBQ. Perfect for large families or friend groups of up to 10.



Step inside to five air-conditioned bedrooms four ground floor doubles (two en-suite showers, two sharing bathtub), plus annex double with shower plus poolside toilet, giving everyone comfortable private space. The spacious living room has AC, international TV, sound system and Wi-Fi throughout.



The group-ready kitchen with plenty of utensils opens to a covered outdoor dining area for 10. Indoor dining seats everyone comfortably with direct exterior access.



Guests rave about the stunning calm surroundings, breathtaking views and perfect group spaces private pool (heating available April-October by request, 48h notice, extra cost), poolside bar with fridge and bathroom, multiple shaded relaxation areas, gas BBQ, integrated garden and private parking within the property for up to 3 cars.

The villa and the rooms are very spacious and ideal for large groups!

The team were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. The pool was a great size and there were lots of outdoor space to relax in. Although the location was great, would recommend hiring a car as it is easier to get around. Thanks for the hospitality, would definitely return! Thanks for letting us stay, we had a great time there! Really enjoyed the villa and the views from there. Thanks to your team for being so responsive and helpful at all times. The only feedback I can say is that throwing the bins away was a bit of a hassle as we had to drive to take the rubbish away, however, I appreciate if this is the only location available!

Great Villa with a few issues

As we previously owned a 4 bed villa with a pool in this area we wanted to return after Covid and decided to rent this property. We thought that the villa was beautiful with pretty gardens and a lovely pool. Inside the villa it was clean, modern and well equipped. We loved the views and quiet location. We enjoyed staying here however we find there is definite room for improvement on the overall guest experience. We were disappointed for the multiple extra charges for items such as pool towels, children's toys, darts as well as pool heating. We were willing to pay the 30 Euro a day charge for pool heating however on arrival it was unclear if the heating was on and wasn't very effective during our stay. Also there was no option to have the pool heating on for less than our stay of 9 nights. In our experience with our villa the pool cover would be more effective. Another additional charge was 35 Euro to meet us at the villa after 10.00pm even though there was a key box that is used. Finally, a few extra comments that need to be addressed is the lack of smoke or carbon monoxide alarms. Also the quality of the bedding and towels was not acceptable as we discovered holes in the towels and stains on the bedding. We feel for the price point of the villa standards should be higher and slightly disappointed with some of the unnecessary additional charges. That said, this is a stunning property and could be much improved if they make some of these adjustments.

Wonderful Villa

Everything ! we were disappointed when our villas weren't free for this week and rolled on this week on for a year due to COVID restrictions - smaller than our usual but absolutely perfect - the three levels just worked for us ! can't wait to book again next year and will try and finish the barrel of Sagres next time :-) Management company also first class (assuming my security deposit is returned :-) )

The location and the view are very nice. The villa inside is well equiped and pleasant The swimming pool was green after 2 days, and impracticable...we have decided to leave the villa...there are a lot of detritus in the garden (tissues, cans...) we are very far from a high-end villa

Alojamento. Localização ( privacidade , vista) Na chegada à unidade disparou o alarme sem que nos tivesse sido dado conta da existência do mesmo ou nos fosse facultado forma de o desactivarmos. Uma das suites, com acesso exterior encontrava-se fechada sem que tivéssemos chave para a abrir.Foi finalmente aberta depois das 22 horas por um funcionário que dizendo não poder entregar a chave, prometeu trazer outra no dia seguinte,o que não fez. Interpelado, ao 2º dia, disse que a traria no dia seguinte o que não veio a verificar-se até ao fim da estadia, tornando impraticável a sua utilização durante toda a estadia por motivos de segurança, o que obrigou a uma estadia menos confortável para um dos convidados para quem tivemos de oferecer uma situação de recurso e não a suite prevista inicialmente. Embora não tenhamos queixa da limpeza interior,o mesmo não poderemos dizer da limpeza exterior, nomeadamente do espaço de refeições na traseira da moradia onde as teias de aranha e outro lixo, nos obrigaram a fazer alguma limpeza, de modo a permitir sua utilização. A mesa de ping-pong apesar de solicitada e paga no acto da reserva do alojamento só foi colocada à nossa disposição ao segundo dia.
