In one of the most renowned urbanizations of Menorca, Punta Prima, we find this beautiful and cozy villa. Undoubtedly, the direct access to the sea with its spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the island of Aire makes this property a great opportunity to enjoy it in summer. The modern style house is distributed over two floors. On the access floor from the street we enter into the living-dining room with an entire glass wall that provides unique views of the sea from anywhere in the interior. Here you will also find a modern and well equipped kitchen, laundry room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the upper floor is the magnificent master suite with bathroom and a terrace with unbeatable views of the beautiful Mediterranean. IBut without any doubt, the best thing about this property is its location in a very quiet area and in the very first line of the sea. From the garden gate one accesses the rocks with its beautiful natural cave, just below the house. But if you prefer to rest and sunbathe on a white sandy beach, in 5 minutes you can walk to the promenade of Punta Prima with bars on the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A property to enjoy Menorca with the whole family.

The perfect holiday home

We had a wonderful stay with our family and some friends. The house, location and view were fantastic. Great facilities, lovely pool and sea swimming access off the rocks below. 8 minute walk to Punta Prima beach and the beach delicious and friendly Aire restaurant. We’d come back any time.

Beautiful villa

The property was amazing and the location was perfect. Amazing views and a great pool and multiple terraces to enjoy the view. The villa was short of a few things and it felt like we were the first in the villa this season 1. Baby chair had mould all over it 2. Floors were dirty / dusty 3. We had no mop to clean the floors 4. The owners storage rooms and cupboards were open, they were locked 24hrs later 5. BBQ had no gas, it was sorted 24hrs after we reported it. The above were only minor things but would have made it perfect and fitting if right when we landed for what is an amazing villa

A beautiful Villa

We have just returned from 10 days at Villa Crystal. Truly a beautiful villa, spacious and light and with probably one of the most breathtaking views. The area itself is very quiet, although the cliff top can on occasion get busy with teenagers enjoying the sun! Access to the sea is possible, just a little rocky. We had a couple of issues that were sorted swiftly. I would want to say though the sunloungers are black and metal, which in 30 degree heat and with children wasnt ideal. The pool, is stunning and has been renovated so is not as in pictures, much bigger with an infinity style, which we all loved. The town is a short walk away, with a handful of restaurants, which are all pretty similar, food wasnt all that varied but you will find something. This meant we ate in a few times, local supermarkets are well stocked. The kitchen is fully equipped, although the power does trip when too many appliances are on at once. If you have young children, the villa is over 3 floors so a lot of stairs, also the tv's dont work, so any down time for little ones make sure to bring ipads etc. Marta was very accomadating ensuring we could check in early with an early flight, that was greatly appreciated. The local beach is lovely and on calmer days getting in the sea is great, it is about 10 euro for a lounger. A water park is also in walking distance, which we spent a full day enjoying! We all enjoyed our ten days and the beautiful villa ❤️

Thank you for your comments. Thank you for having chosen our villa. It’s a pity that you didn’t mention about the problems with the TV. It’s a smart TV and it gives access to all the applications and Internet TV. We are going to take into consideration to make it easier for the future guests. Thank you on e again

Encore plus beau en vrai !

La vue et les couleurs de la mer sont encore plus belles que sur les photos . La piscine et la terrasse ont été refaites avec beaucoup de gout . Les trois enfants ont été agréablement surpris de pouvoir dormir dans la même chambre grâce a l ajout d un petit lit dans une des chambres . Magnifique !
