Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, combination microwave, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, and a large refrigerator with vriezer.De. The property has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is located immediately to your left as you enter. This stylish bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is diagonally across from the first bedroom. This modern and bright bedroom contains two single beds. Next to the second bedroom is the well-maintained bathroom, equipped with a shower stall, bathtub, sink, and toilet. This apartment has a washing machine.

In addition to the amenities inside the apartment, the unit also features a spacious and sunny south-facing balcony, and you can park your car in a private parking space.
