Nice apartment located in Chiclana de la Frontera, in an urbanization with communal garden and swimming pool (open from June 1 to September 30) in Sancti Petri Beach. The accommodation has a capacity for a maximum of 4 people. Located on the first floor, at street level.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, wall radiator and closet. The second bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and closet. There is a bathroom with shower.
It has a very functional and well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc.. It also has all the utensils you may need during your stay.
The living room stands out for its spaciousness, unusual in this type of accommodation, and for its luminosity, thanks to the good orientation to the southeast. It has air conditioning and a dining table.
The accommodation is equipped with mosquito nets for greater comfort during the summer.
The outside area has a small porch with a small table and four chairs, also has an awning. Swimming pool available in season (01/06/2025 - 30/09/2025).
