Great location, very comfortable

We were very happy with our apartment. It was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to walk many of the places we wanted to go.

Lovely!

Very cute, clean, the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. The only issue was that the couch is pretty lumpy/maybe broken, which was a little rough because the 5th bed was the fold down couch. Other than that everything was great!

Good location

Location was excellent, general layout of the apartment great. There is an elevator which is very helpful for luggage. The bathroom had no hand soap and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper. Cleanliness was a serious issue: one bed had dirty sheets left on it from the previous guest. Owners were very responsive by WhatsApp, and quickly brought replacement sheets.

Good but Room for Improvement

This place is about a 15 min walk from the train station and is in a quieter area although still a quick 10/15 min walk to the city centre. The communication with the hosts was great and the check in instructions were clear. The unit itself could be better. It was clean but a little extra attention could go a long way. The kitchen is well stocked overall but they are lacking a dish towel, dish cloth and the drain plug doesn’t seal the sink so it doesn’t hold water to wash the dishes. Additionally, there are no wine glasses which would be a nice option and the corkscrew was broken. On arrival the main AC remote wasn’t working so I had to swap out the batteries from the TV remote to the AC remote and then the AC in the second bedroom doesn’t seem to be connected to this remote so we weren’t able to adjust the temperature in that room. This is the room myself and my infant were sleeping so it wasn’t ideal to not be able to adjust the temperature. From a security perspective the building doors were locked but the unit itself doesn’t have a deadbolt which for sleeping overnight would have given me better piece of mind. They clearly added the new keypad lock but did not consider changing the door frame to accommodate the new deadbolt. My final suggestion would be to have hand soap in the bathroom. Since we were travelling with an infant and changing diapers we bought some and left it so hopefully the people that come after appreciate it as well.

appartement au calme mais la propreté est limite. C'est un appartement vieillissant dont les photos de l'annonce ne reflète pas la réalité. Forte odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain qui n'est pas en très bon etet. Cuisine mal équipée. Location chère pour la qualité. je ne recommande pas

Comfortable and close

We liked the apartment for its cleanliness, comfort, and closeness to key sites. Our host was quick to respond and the elevator was a welcome surprise. The courtyard was lovely.

Kleine Wohnung für kurzen Aufenthalt

Wohnung liegt in 20 Min fußläufig ins Centro. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Leider waren die Handtücher fleckig und die Küche ohne Geschirrtücher und neuem Spülschwamm. Die Einzelbetten sind sehr einfach. Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle direkt vor der Wohnung, sodass es ab morgens sehr laut war.

Hola ñ sábado poniendo dos tickets nos sirvió para dejar el coche todo el fin de semana en la puerta de la casa. La casa muy bien ubicada, 5 min de la catedral, 10 del centro del albaicin. Camas muy cómodas y con mucha ventilación, hay ventanas en ambos lados de la casa por lo que no pasamos nada de calor. Zona muy silenciosa. La casa con todo lo justo para pasar unos días

Appartamento bello e funzionale anche per 4 persone. Ottima posizione della casa. Attenzione al parcheggio. Meglio lasciare la macchina nel campus universitario che dover pagare cifre assurde nei parcheggi sotterranei vicini. Il terrazzo dell’appartamento un po’ trascurato seppur molto bello ed utile. La proprietà molto disponibile e di aiuto per qualsiasi necessità.

The location was wonderful....a bit outside of the main hustle/bustle but close enough to walk to many sites, tapas, restaurants, coffee shops. A few additions to the apt would go a long way, especially for American tourists; a few boxes of kleenex/tissues, hand soap in kitchen and bathroom, a packet of tourist information/suggestions to see., and english instructions for the washer, heaters, and television. Also....the couch was pretty stained, perhaps consider replacing. Again, thoroughly enjoyed the stay, just some suggestions for small touches to make it better.

Moderno con encanti

El apartamento está en una finca muy bonita y pintoresca. Una casa rehabilitada con mucho gusto. También muy tranquilo. Pese a no estar en el centro, se llega caminando a cualquier lado muy rápidamente.
