Second stay at Casa Fabio

Beautiful villa with pool and spacious outdoor area. All mod cons and great space, and very clean. Nice touch by the host on our return when we arrived and is really helpful if you need her throughout your stay. Slightly set back from the old town but just a 10 to 15 minute walk but great steak house 30 seconds away. Our second stay in 9 months and would recommend.

オーナーのプロフィール画像
I purchased this property brand new the same year and month my younger son, Fabio, was born. The villa is named "Casa Fabio" in his honor. I do have another son, Oscar, but I must admit that "Casa Oscar" just didn’t have the same ring to it! Hosting gives me the opportunity to step away from my day job and focus on providing guests with a warm, welcoming space to enjoy their holiday.

I take great pride in the villa’s cleanliness and comfort, and it makes me incredibly happy when guests share positive feedback. I’m also fortunate to have a dedicated cleaner who helps maintain these high standards, and I love passing on those compliments to her.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this area of Los Mojones because it perfectly combines tranquility and convenience. Located on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen, it's a peaceful neighborhood that still offers easy access to everything you might need. I love how you can take a short walk to enjoy the sandy beaches, restaurants, and shops, but also retreat to the villa for quiet relaxation.

One of my favorite things about this location is how well it connects to the rest of Lanzarote, making it easy to explore the island’s natural beauty, from the volcanic landscapes of Timanfaya to the stunning coastal views. Whether guests are here to relax or stay active, the area truly offers the best of both worlds.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Casa Fabio stands out for its combination of comfort, privacy, and excellent location. The villa's L-shaped, single-level design offers plenty of space for families or groups to relax without feeling crowded. The private pool, which can be heated year-round, is a favorite feature among guests, especially with the spacious terrace that's perfect for soaking up the sun or dining al fresco while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

What also makes Casa Fabio unique is its balance between tranquility and accessibility. Set in the sought-after area of Los Mojones, the villa is close enough to walk to the vibrant center of Puerto del Carmen, yet offers a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Guests often tell me they appreciate the high standards of cleanliness and comfort, with amenities like free Wi-Fi and premium TV channels to make their stay feel like a home away from home.
