The apartment is situated on the first line of the beach. It has a nice terrace with sea views.

The building has direct access to the promenade and has free Wifi.

The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer, mixer, oven, microwave, washing machine, water kettle, iron and ironing board...

It has capacity for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children, as it has a sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning with central heat pump throughout the apartment. It has satellite television with channels as CHANNEL 4, CHANNEL 5, ITV1, ITV3, BBC1 WALES, BBC2 WALES, CNN, CNBC, SONLIFE, BLOOMBERG and BBC WORLD NEWS.

The building has an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols for the summer months and a heated swimming pool open from October to May. Both have free access for our clients.

You have the option of renting an outdoor parking space or garage for an additional cost.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. It had a great balcony with sea views. It is right on the sea front and close to all the amenities. The staff were helpful and efficient and spoke excellent English. More coat hooks and an another mirror.

Great service from the team at Calpe rent! Apartment clean and well maintained, housekeeping amazing! Comfortable beds and plenty of equipment in kitchen to cater in the apartment. Wonderful views of the beach, Penon and Salinas! Lots of bars and cafes with great access to Supermarkets ! Additional option of Welcome pack with water and milk, would be great as we arrived late after delay and everything was closed Instructions for washing machine would be useful! Lack of umbrellas at the pool, 4 umbrellas for so many apartments!!!

Excelente y super organizado

La atencion tanto en la oficina como en el edificio es impecable, todo superorganizado, y sin sorpresas. Por favor, regulen ya las normas de la piscina. Es asqueroso que ya las familias tengan por costumbre meter a los bebés con pañales en la piscina de adultos, y el socorrista no les llame la atención. Ya tienen una infantil aparte.

El apartamento increíble,super vistas,super limpio .Nos ha encantado. Y el trato de los chicos de la agencia tanto María como su compañero, buenísimos,te ayudan en todo,super serviciales,simpáticos...etc Sin duda un gran punto a su favor de tener gente así trabajando en la agencia. En definitiva Nos ha ENVANTADO. En Agosto repetimos. El spa que estaba averiado... Avisarlo.

Super profesionales y el sitio está genial gestionado Quiza, sombrillas en las tumbonas de la piscina. Entiendo y se agradece todas las medidas tomadas por el Covid, pero solo hay 2 tumbonas con sombra.

lugar agradeble para disfrutar de vacaciones de sol y playa.

La playa es muy buena, y la ubicación es ideal para ello. Me gusta la tranquilidad de la calle lo que permite un descanso muy satisfactorio, Y a su vez me ha encantado la tranquilidad de los vecinos. En nuestro caso no hemos hecho mucha vida en el apartamento, pero los cuchillos fuera de la cubertería, estaban bastante mal, no tengo claro si llegan a cortar.
