Both the living area and the kitchen provide direct access to the terrace. A shower room with WC is also located on this level. The upper floor features an entrance hall, a comfortable living room, and 1 bedroom containing 1 single bed and 1 double bed. This floor also opens onto a balcony, accessible via a steep staircase. On the top floor, you will discover 2 additional bedrooms, both with characterful sloping ceilings. The first of these rooms contains 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed, while the second room is furnished with 2 single beds.
