Perfect Area to vacation

For the price you honestly can’t get anything better. Great area above a restaurant with delicious food. Walking distance to the beach. No complaints.

Good location near everything, restaurants stores and beached

Relaxing good air conditioning comfortable mattress but pillows too soft for me, has mini kitchen for those who cooks, I don’t cook but it’s good for others Would consider coming back for the future

Overall worked great for our surf trip. When booking it appeared that there were three beds. There are only two beds and futon that could use an update. The kitchen worked well. There was an active construction site next door that began hammering and sawing every morning around 6:30am.

Great location

My stay was not horrible, but it left a lot to be desired. The property is in fair shape, and needs lots of work. Paint was peeling off the ceilings, mold mildew in the shower the bathroom faucet was old, and the chrome was pitted and felt like sandpaper, the water stream was more a spray, than a stream. The second room was a converted laundry closet that still had some piping sticking out of the wall, with a twin size bed. Above the bed was a closet pole with no hangers for us to use in the entire apartment. They did supply pots and pans, and some utensils that had some rust stains on them, the only air conditioner was in the main bedroom was not enough to cool off the rest of the apartment. So we were stuck spending most of the time in the main bedroom, unless we want to sweat or were hungry enough to go to the kitchen. The bedroom light switch had a wire sticking out of it feeding into a smoke detector. They did supply an oscillating. The dresser in the main bedroom was missing handles on one complete side of the dresser. The mattress in the main room was so hard. We had buy the cheapest foam topper to alleviate the back pains that we got from sleeping on it the first night. I really would love to support this property owner but there was too much adding up to not mention it in the review, so that others can set expectations correctly. It is very unlikely I will go back, but hope that they will take steps to improve the quality of the stay. There’s more but no room for all

It’s good for what it is

I was here for a wedding in Rincon and this apartment was very close to the beach. I got my own soap and shampoo because the one that was provided was not that great and I was not going to argue about it. The air-conditioning is only in the bedroom, but it does the job if you are just using this as a place to crash and then explore the rest of the place. It is a good location. The owner is very responsive and super helpful. I forgot my sweater and they were kind enough to help me out and give it to my friend.

there were no reading lights and no chair to sit in-----the lights are bare bulbs on a 10 foot ceiling ----had to sit on the balcony in a cheap plastic chair and read by the glow of a red advertisement sign-----all the chairs inside cheap plastic--a futon was on the floor folded like a couch---didnt want to sit that low and there was no reading light-----you have to police up your trash---i had a neighbor that put his trash by my door so i would have to throw it out or kick it over---complained about it once---it happened twice some of these units are locals i believe and they tended to be a little noisy at night decided not to cause a problem since my rental car was sitting righht there-----i just threw their trash away.....i wont go back....

Perfect Situation

We decided to stay at this property while waiting to move into our home. The room was very clean had everything needed for comfort. We were there for 11 days and couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay. The location was spot on and close to a bakery, supermarket, restaurant downstairs, the beach just across the street and the center, which is just a 10-15 min walk from the room. The icing on the cake was the quick responsiveness from the property management. If there was something wrong or needed attention, a response and action was immediate.
