The kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and kitchenware, is integrated in the same space.

Ideal for a relaxing holiday next to the beach, it has everything you need to feel at home, has a Wifi with unlimited high speed internet access, iron, hairdryer, Smart Tv and smart lock.

Located a few meters from the beach of Las Canteras, with a large avenue surrounded by all services, supermarkets, restaurants and leisure for a perfect holiday!

The island also offers a wide range of charming places to visit, which can also be reached by bus from the bus station "Intercambiador Santa Catalina", which is 550 metres away.



The "Playa de Las Canteras" is a long stretch of sand, occupying about 3800 metres of coastline, which stretches along the bay.

Las Canteras is one of the best urban beaches in the country and in the world, with good weather almost all year round. The place in the capital to relax, where time stands still and where you can do sport any day of the week, wearing a swimming costume, bikini, goggles and snorkel, paddle (beach rackets) or surfboard.

It is also a large marine life reserve.
