The living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a dining table and a flat screen satellite TV, with direct access to the private terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a separate WC and a shower. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and includes a combined shower and WC. The third bedroom is a smaller room equipped with 1 set of bunk beds, each bunk measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is outfitted with a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
