The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outdoors are a patio and barbecue grill. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit vacation rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and pool.

Sole Di Vino - 4 (50sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
