Small, clean flat, perfect for two!

This little flat was perfect for our stay in Guissan! Plenty of parking and right on the main road to get you into town. The flat was very affordable, had all the amenities and was very comfortable for a 4-night stay with a Smart television where we could relax and watch a show in English. Karim was very responsive over email and Sandrine, who met us and showed us the property was lovely. We would recommend this flat for a stay for 2, especially if you have a car and need parking.

Herrliche Woche am Meer

Das Appartment liegt in einer sicheren Anlage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist perfekt, die Betten gemütlich, der Balkon super. Die sehr leise Klimaanlage und die Jalousien waren in der sehr heißen Woche sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit und konnten damit schnell zum nahen Badestrand, zum Supermarkt oder auch in die kleine Stadt Gruissan radeln. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Vielen Dank!

Appartement confortable. Bien situé. Bons lits.

Nous aurions aimé trouver un peu plus de place pour ranger nos affaires dans les placards. Points forts: L'ascenceur, le grand balcon, l'emplacement pour la voiture, boulangerie à 5 minutes à pied et proximité de la plage du Grazel.

Merci de votre retour Gilbert, la Clim portative a répondu au besoin pendants quelques années. Mais vu les vagues de chaleurs de plus en plus fortes, nous avons décidé d'installer une nouvelle Clim plus puissantes et produisant moins de bruit à partir de début Juin 2024. Ça sera très différent. Au plaisir de vous revoir afin que vous le constatiez vous même.

Appartement très agréable, équipé de matériel haute gamme, décoration sobre et élégante. Balcon agréable avec soleil après midi et soirées pour profiter du coucher de soleil.Copropriété très calme. Accès facile à la voix verte, et proche de commerces et supermarchés. Très bon accueil . Merci bcp.

APPART SUPER EQUIPE

Très bel appartement, lumineux et spacieux, très bien équipé. A la pointe du modernisme. Seul bémol, la magnifique terrasse n'a pas un vue formidable et hélas peu adaptée les jours de grands vents. Rapport qualité prix excellent néanmoins.
