This was our 2nd year staying at the property and it was wonderful both times. Great location, clean, spacious, and 2 hot tubs! Jodi was very responsive and the whole experience was seamless. We definitely hope to stay there again!

We walked into a very clean condo supplied with all we needed. The location was an easy walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and the free bus shuttle was just outside the parking lot. Communication with the owner was quickly answered. A great place to stay while visiting Breckenridge!

We loved this condo and hope to rent again next year. It's at the end of the 4 o'clock run so you can ski home for lunch and at the end of the day. It's also a short walk to main street and is right next to the bus stop. The condo was very clean, had nice relaxing furniture, updated bathrooms, and a great fireplace.

Great location

Looked just like the photos, super convenient location, and clean. Easy check in and out. Parking garage was a little tight, so glad we had a small car. I would stay here again.

Wonderful location !!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay - it was everything as described and more! Clean, Cozy, Comfortable,- we loved the view of the brook outside of the condo! And the location for walking and hiking was so perfect. We would highly recommend- we hope to stay here again in the future!

Excellent Condo

We come to Colorado every year for a ski trip and this was our best place yet. The place is super nice and clean. We loved the ski in and out option as all of our party skis at different levels. Super close to the downtown shops too.

Great condo! Very clean. We stayed last weekend. The river is right below the front door. There are alot of kitchen items to use for cooking. The proximity to Main street is great! The owners are very kind and responsive.

The property is nice and has a great location to town and the slopes. The two hot tubs came in handy after a day on the slopes😀

Excellent location! Easy bus ride to slopes and walk to downtown. Host was readily available as needed. Unit is spacious with great living area and kitchen.

The location for this property can’t be beat. It’s within walking distance of everything you could want. While this unit isn’t as modern/up to date as many others, it has everything that you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Property is great. Located a block of Main Street, and ski in. Two bedrooms w/connected baths. Lovely fireplace and stocked kitchen.

We have lived in Colorado nearly our whole lives. ALL of Colorado is beautiful but there is just something special about Summit County, especially Breckenridge! There is just something for everyone. Because we live close by, we are able to manage this property ourselves and keep a close eye on it. This also helps us keep the costs down, by not having to pay a management company.

Breckenridge is our favorite place to be, which is why we bought our vacation home there. The air is fresh and cool in the summer and the skiing and outdoor activities can't be beat in the winter! To us....it's paradise!

The best part of this condo is LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Everything is so convenient. Just park your car in the covered parking and enjoy your stay. Everything is within walking distance...no need to tackle traffic and parking.
