Pet friendly ‘Mountain Thyme Lodge’ in Loch Lochy, Spean Bridge
The holiday home has a magnificent view of the Loch and comes with 3 bedrooms, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher and washing machine.

In a wonderful setting right by the shingle beach of magnificent Loch Lochy in the Great Glen, this is an ideal location for exploring the beautiful Highlands of Scotland.

The loch provides excellent fishing (free from March to October). Nearby for hill walking, pony trekking, skiing (in seasons) and cycle trails. Boat trips and scenic steam train rides at Fort William or discover good restaurants and views over the Caledonian Canal lock gates at Fort Augustus, both 17 miles. Shop 7 miles. Hotel with bar and restaurant 200 yards.
The property is all at ground level with an open plan Living/dining/kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 is a double with an en-suite shower room and toilet and there are a further 2 twin bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower over bath and toilet. There are electric heaters throughout, digital TV. DVDs. CD. Wifi. Microwave. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher and Fridge freezer. Shared grounds.
NB: The garden is unfenced and leads down to the Loch.

The location of this property was absolutely amazing! Loch Lochy is just a few steps from the front door, and the views of the mountains surrounding you can be seen from every window of the house. We stayed here with 4 adults and 1 teen, and had room for all. Communication with the property owner was easy, and the location was a great jumping off point for exploration of the west coast/Highlands. Highly recommend!

Was a bit concerned that it sounded too good to be true... but it is very much as it says. Perfect location for drives out north to Inverness, or south to Fort William and beyond. View out the front windows spectacular in any weather (but best on clear days).

Chalet très bien situé pour explorer les Highlands, le Loch Ness et l'île de Skye entre autres. De plus, nous avons apprécié sa situation en bord du Loch Lochy et son confort.
