Villa close to the city centre of Nerja, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

The house is part of a group of holiday homes and apartments. They are disposed to recreate an authentic white village of Andalusia. Its wonderful narrow streets, colourful flowers, and gardens full of trees will make you connect immediately with this relaxing atmosphere.

In the shared areas, you will have access to bars, restaurants, tennis courts, small shops, laundry, and Internet access in the hall. Moreover, you will be able to relax in one of the five swimming pools, two of which are adapted for children. The first floor is provided with magnificent terraces with views over the sea and the gardens.

You will also have the possibility to leave your car right in the private area of the compound since you can get to Nerja by bus.

The photos displayed represent what an apartment on the first floor would look like. It has two bedrooms, with an extra sofa bed for two people. It also has a dining-living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom either with shower or bathtub.

The properties are similar but not identical. You will be given the possibility to ask for the characteristics that suit you the best. Your request will be subject to availability.

Villa amazing, very clean, gorgeous location would definitely book again. Great service, information given in advance about arrival, everything so easy from booking, highly recommend.

Challenging hills but worth it for the amazing views from the large veranda. Nice apartment, full AC and washing machine. Comfy beds. Quiet neighbourhood, loads of parking , short walk from lovely pool in San Juan de Capistrano. Access to taxis and buses. Local restaurant La Parra is wonderful and fully Spanish.

Booked this property through listing and photographs. The advert said there might be a slight difference in the property photographs, however the property was nothing like whatsoever

Die erste Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, der Kühlschrank ging nicht zu, Der Tiefkühler war nicht zu benutzen, weil er total vereist war. Die zwei vorhanden Liegen für 4 Personen waren nicht zu benutzen, weil sie total zerrissen und defekt waren. Die Toilettenbrille war locker und es gab offene Kabelverbindungen im Schlafzimmer auf Rückenhöhe. C. Capuchinos, 84 war das Appartement. Nachdem wir alles mit der Agentur besprochen haben, haben wir eine tolle Wohnung in der Nähe der Pools bekommen. So wie wir uns das vorgestellt haben. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Leider war ein Tag unseres Urlaubs dann ein Umzugstag. In der neuen Unterkunft haben wir dann alles sehr genossen und wir hätten 4 Sterne vergeben.

Familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños estuvimos alojados en apartamento Villa Noelia. El alojamiento está parcialmente reformado y equipado con los electrodomésticos necesarios. Ojo, porque, por lo demás, hay que comprarlo todo (bayetas para la cocina, jabón para manos, papel hiigiénico, etc.). Para 13 noches nos dejaron el juego de sábanas puesto y un juego de toallas por persona, por suerte, en nuestro caso, tuvimos lavadora. Como negativo diría que deben esmerarse más en la limpieza, se nota que la limpieza es superficial y que sale uno y entra el siguiente. Aconsejo no mirar los colchones. Positivo: el alojamiento está cerca de las piscinas y a pocos metros de un Mercadona. La urbanización está bien cuidada y es muy tranquila. Hay un autobús a 100 m que te lleva a la playa de Burriana o al centro. Y, quiero hacer una mención especial al restaurante de la urbanización, Jose, el dueño, es un encanto y calidad-precio inmejorable.

…das Appartement passt nicht zu den Bildern und der Beschreibung. In dem Appartement 101b das wir bekommen haben ist alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Nur das Bad war neu. Die Aussicht war dafür hervorragend. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Die Ausstattung ist sehr „Basic“. Ohne Auto geht allerdings nichts. Und die Nutzung der Liegen am Pool ist kostenpflichtig.

La casa está bien pero él mobiliario y la nevera son batalleros. Quizá deberían renovar. Por lo demás la ubicación es buena y la urbanización está muy bien limpia, piscinas muy bien y el menú del restaurante 10€ rico, calidad precio.

Mais par contre l'appartement était un désastre. Pas de micro ondes, pas de machine a laver, c'était le seul logement qui n'en n'avais pas . Les fenetre ne se ferme pas bien , résultat les moustique nous on bouffer pendant 14 jours, moi ma femme et nos 5 enfant . Et la baignoire et tout simplement dégueulasse a notre arriver . La personne de l'accueil m'a donner une éponge et du liquide vaisselle pour froter moi même la baignoire. Celle la c'est la meilleure. Bref le logement et vraiment pas louable .

Et le chant des grillons, un régal. Le dernier appartement était le 84 cappuccino street. Super! Et merci à l’équipe d’Alison, le bar de la piscine Sink or Swim pour leur gentillesse et leur amabilité

On check in we were given a map with routes marked to our apartment, the town and the beach, and we were also offered to be shown to our apartment personally. All the staff spoke very good English.

Le logement était vraiment parfait, bien agencé, propre, bien équipé, les enfants avaient même netflix sur la télé ! Le personnel était sympa et pas du tout envahissant, la piscine était très correcte et la proximité des différents commerces aussi. On pouvait se garer très facilement et gratuitement autour du logement et il y a beaucoup de parking très peu excessif au centre ville. Nous avons passé une super semaine, c’est la première fois que je réserve par ce site mais ce n’est sûrement pas la dernière. Je recommande vivement le site et le logement.
