It is an incredible, luxurious, gigantic and beautiful apartment of 350 m2, located in the Chueca neighborhood, Madrid; just 200 meters from Gran Vía street.
The apartment has 5 rooms:
Room 1: 2 double beds, extra single matress with balcony overlooking the street.
Room 2: Double bed and single bed.
Room 3: Bunk bed and extra bed below (room with bathroom).
Room 4: 3 single beds and extra single matress.
Room 5: Double bed, extra double matress with beautiful and immense en suite bathroom with 2 dressing rooms and bathtub.
The apartment has a huge living room with XXL sofa bed, large TV, fireplace and living room. Then a beautiful minimalist dining room continues with another sofa bed.
Then the large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and utensils. As good hosts we leave our guests coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar and everything you need for breakfast / snack; also salt, oil and basic condiments for cooking :)
Annex to the kitchen, a beautiful dining room and then a corridor that leads to the rest of the rooms.
All beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, duvet, duvet cover and guests will be given 1 towel per person.

Metro and Bus take approximately 45 minutes to the floor.
