For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: open small gallery with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
