ALCUDIOLA - Villa with private pool in Santa Margalida.

Welcome to this magnificent house, for 6 people located in the countryside of the beautiful rural village of Santa Margalida.

The exteriors are wonderful, thanks to the landscaped areas, which give colour to the house. The chlorinated 4 x 6 m pool (with a uniform depth of 1.6 m) is private. The terrace, of 25 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and it has a chill-out area with rattan furniture. Under the porch, which is fully-equipped, you can spend great evenings cooking on the barbecue.

This 120 m2 house is distributed over one floor. There are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin). Two cots are available if needed. There are two bathrooms with a shower each, one of which is situated next to the pool.

The living-dining room is spectacular. You can relax on the sofa while enjoying a good reading, listening to music, or watching satellite TV. The dining area has a large rustic table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker and is equipped with everything you need to cook without a problem. There are board games for children to play and have fun during your stay. The house has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Santa Margalida is situated in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly inhabited by local people, so there is not much tourism and you can discover the authentic Mallorca. Even so, in Santa Margalida you will find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, a sports centre, cafes and some restaurants.

Just a 15-minute drive away, there are the beautiful beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, with crystal clear waters and white sand. You can spend a lovely day at the sandy beach and enjoy delicious cocktails and paellas in any of the beach clubs and restaurants of the area, with breathtaking sea views. The promenade of Can Picafort is a lively area in contrast to Platja de Muro, which is very quiet. Port d’Alcúdia and Pollença are located nearby.

Tourist license: ET/3038

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. There was nothing that stood out as being a problem. You would definitely need a car. The villa was perfect for a relaxing and get away from it all holiday. A rural heaven. So many comfortable seating areas and excellent cooking facilities.

I booked the ALCUDIOLA house in Mallorca and had a fabulous experience ! I 100% recommend to book this villa. We had the best time there with my friends. We were welcomed by Mamadou who was really nice and waited for us to give us the key. The big plus, he could also speak french and english. The house is beautiful, even bigger than how it looks on pictures, very clean and very well located if you are with the car. There is also a small village close to the house, very cute to see. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, we were also welcomed with some fruits and beverage. Thanks a lot for all of that! 5 stars well deserved !

Nos quedamos en este alojamiento por segunda vez y nos pareció muy agradable de nuevo. Magdalena nos recibió muy calurosamente y encontramos fruta, una botella de vino y agua en la nevera. El lugar está muy limpio, es tranquilo y hay todo lo que necesitas. ¡Muy recomendable!

Eine wunderschöne Finca, so viel Ruhe, weit ab vom Tourismus. Die beiden Bäder sind für alle Gäste ausreichend. Der Pool ist super sauber. Wir haben uns sowohl durch die Schwiegertochter der Besitzerin, als auch durch Homerti super betreut gefühlt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!

[+] Die Unterkunft hat alles was auf einer Finka benötigt aus unserer Sicht. Schöne Zimmer, schönes Bad, toller Pool , super sitzmöglichkeiten, Pizzaofen, Grill top . Gastgeber immer erreichbar und sofort da wenn man etwas braucht . Sehr nette Menschen [-] Als wir ankamen war es extrem heiß und die Finka hat leider keine Klimaanlage. Eine Nacht war demnach extrem… dann wurde es nachts wieder kühler und es war gut. Auf den Bildern dachte man man hat 2 Bäder, aber das 2.Bad ist nur die am Pool und es war eine kaltdusche. Aber alles ok.

Die Finca ist traumhaft schön. Sehr gepflegtes Haus und Grundstück. Alles mit viele Liebe eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und wohl. Zum Check-in wurden wir von der Besitzerin überaus freundlich empfangen. Es gab frisches Obst und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung. In der Küche findet man eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und auch sonst alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt, teilweise schattig, aber auch viele Möglichkeiten in der Sonne zu liegen. Draußen gibt es ein zweites Bad mit Dusche (kalt) und Toilette. Auch ein Holzkohle Grill kann genutzt werden. Im Dorf gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zu Fuß ca. 10-15 min). Große Einkaufsmärkte 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Rundum hatten wir (mit 5 Freunden) einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Airbnb war perfekt für uns. Die Finca sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Kommunikation mit dem Homerti Team war auch gar kein Problem. Wir würden hier am liebsten noch länger bleiben. 5/5 Sterne!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in einer wunderschönen Finca, die sehr gepflegt und super sauber ist. Magdalena ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Der Pool, die Außenanlagen under der Garten, in dem Obst und Gemüse der Saison zur eigenen Ernte zur Verfügung stehen haben uns begeistert. Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage, in der es an nix fehlt. Speziell Kinder können hier super toben und im Pool baden. Man kann und muss Alcudiola einfach weiterempfehlen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Alter von 1-4 Jahren in dem Haus und es hat einfach alles gepasst.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage….umgeben von einem schönen gepflegten Garten. Es gibt ein Gemüsebeet welches man ernten darf…sowie die zahlreichen Obstbäume. Die Besitzerin ist zauberhaft und kümmert sich sehr aufmerksam um alles. Es war ein toller Urlaub vielen Dank Magdalena!
