Apartment with amazing view in Amalfi

Located in one of the most enchanting locations in Amalfi, the 100 m2 apartment enjoys a breathtaking view of the city and the sea from the large terrace that can be used from the double bedroom and the double living room, equipped with TV, fireplace and extra bed.

It also has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and dishes; 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet, washing machine; other room with 2 beds. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. It also has air conditioning (hot / cold).

The center and the sea can be easily reached with a 5-minute panoramic walk, a stretch of which consists exclusively of steps.
1. Are you coming by car?

We would be grateful if you could let us know what time you are arriving and whether you need a parking space

In this case you will need paid parking (the price depends on the period) which must be booked. We have an agreement with the car park in Conca dei marino (Alfredo +39/349 365 8923)

Alfredo will pick up your car on the street below the apartment. When you need him, just call him 30 minutes before and the car is at your house.

The advice I can give you is to avoid coming by car. There are ferries that provide an excellent service for the coast and buses.

2. Do you have large luggage?

It is possible to use the porter who accompanies you and your luggage home with the electric vehicle.

You also know that check-out is before 10:00 to allow the apartment to be cleaned for the guests who will take over.

Please stick to these times and communicate your departure time to facilitate check-out.

We ask you to use the room and furnishings with the diligence of a good father of a family, respecting things and people.

Finally, please:

1. leave the room as tidy as possible,

2. if you have used the kitchenette, leave the used dishes clean,

3. All separated rubbish. The waste must be collected in bags, after having separated it (organic, glass, paper, plastic and aluminum and mixed) and must be placed in the appropriate containers near the building (without dripping down the stairs), according to the rules that will be explained to the time of your arrival

If the dishes used are dirty or the rubbish is left in the apartment there will be a fine of 50.00

4. the heating/air conditioning off

5. leave the apartment keys on the table

6. close the entrance doors

7. communicate any inconveniences

8. Comply with European standards regarding energy consumption (air conditioning, heating, lighting to be turned off when not needed).

In this regard, I would like to point out that, due to the well-known energy issues, there may be controls and sanctions from the relevant authorities.
