Very ample villa with private swimming pool immersed in 40,000 square metres of Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the sea and Capri so near to give the impression of being able to reach out and touch it. Access is by a private steep road and once there, one feels far from the world even though it’s only at 2 km from Massa Lubrense and 6,5 km from Sant’Agata. 1,5 km to shops and bar. The translucent waters of a magical cove at 2 km. Small cars recommended.

Once you have parked your car, you enter the Villa of 400 sq. m. built on two levels.

Electricity over 300 kw, extra people to sleep in the bed settees and extra beds, personal chef and assistant. City tax. Baby cot. Refundable security deposit of € 1500 in cash that will be given back to you on departure if no damage has occured to the property.
