We invite you to one of several comfortable, heated homes we've built in a 2-hectare private park on Lake Tałty, 5 km from Mikołajki. The home features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a TV, and heating. Panoramic windows and large, covered terraces allow you to enjoy stunning views of the park. On the terrace, you'll find patio furniture, loungers, and a barbecue.

Our park and garden offer numerous paths inviting for walks. Children can let off steam on the playground and observe the life of lizards and squirrels.

Just steps away in Stare Sady, you'll find an eco-marina with water sports equipment rentals, a slipway, cruises on a passenger ship, several restaurants, a beach with a gentle sandy entrance and a playground, a safe bike path as part of the 300 km Masurian Cycling Loop connected to Green Velo in Węgorzewo, and kilometers of hiking trails.

5 km away: the vibrant 24-hour Mikołajki with its sailing village, shops and restaurants, and the Tropikana Water Park.

There's something for everyone in the area: navigable, kayaking, and cycling trails, hot air balloon, airplane, and paramotor flights, horseback riding stables, a golf course, a Wild Animal Park in Kadzidłowo, the Teutonic Castle in Ryn, and many other attractions.

Our year-round, heated houses are situated on a promontory above Lake Tałty, within a large private park with a garden. Just a few cottages offer plenty of space and privacy. Each has two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and rain shower. For those who enjoy a quiet nap, we offer houses with bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains. A barbecue awaits you on the 15m² covered terrace. The park is just a stone's throw away from the terrace. In summer, walking on the grass barefoot or in flip-flops is highly recommended. Our single-story houses offer beautiful panoramic views of the garden and park, which delight the senses regardless of the weather and change depending on the season. We have furnished the houses in Scandinavian style, ensuring you have everything at your fingertips for both short and long stays.
