We arrived late to the property and could not gain access. Spent 45mins trying to contact host. No reply. Had to get a hotel room for the night. Next day, called, text and messaged on app. No reply. Eventually they can back to me and agreed it was their fault and offered a return. Now there is no reply and no return. I can only assume that Wonderful Italy is a scam. So disappointed

Truly awful communication

We had to spend over an hour trying to get access to the property - texting various whatsapp numbers and calling Italian numbers to get the right code (we haven't got our phone bills back yet but I'm sure that will be expensive). Various questions on Vrbo went unanswered. The representative on whatsapp said "You are not coming anymore , correct ?" while we already in the property. It was laughable. The apartment itself is fine. They're the kind of company that dresses up the apartment to look fantastic in photos - but it's pretty mediocre in reality.

Wundervolles Palermo
