Accommodation of 80 m² is large, nice and modern, It has a beautiful views of the mountain and the lake.
The property is located 6 km "Limone", 30 km golf course "Bogliaco Golf Club", 5 km city "Limone sul Garda", 1 km supermarket "Coop Voltino", 90 km airport "Verona Villafranca", 40 km train station "Rovereto", 100 m bus station "Ustecchio Bus Stop", 60 km skiing resort "Brentonico Ski Area", 80 km amusement park / theme park "Gardaland", 5 km "Val di Bondo", 5 km "Lago di Garda", 60 km "Sirmione Hot-springs", 1 km "Primavera", 1 km "Primavera", 20 km "Arco General Hospital" and it is located in a a family-friendly zone and in a Hill area. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, terrace, iron, internet, hair dryer, central heating, open-air parking in the same building, TV, tv satellite.
The open plan kitchen, of gas, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
We inform all our guests that our agency manages the rent of Holiday properties. And, as required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. Listed in our accommodations there are the essential supplies we provide to the accommodations : Check in service from 3:00 to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, and the first supply of toilet paper.
