Single-family house "Neka", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Ljubljeva 4 km from the centre of Vinišće, 25 km from the centre of Trogir, 300 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), trees, swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 4 km, pebble beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The house consists of 3 apartments rented as one unit: one apartment on the ground floor and two apartments on the first floor. Swimming pool heated (extra).
