手付かずの自然の中、静かな村Vrsineの上に位置するダルメシアンの石造りの家。美しいビーチと透き通った海（Poljica、Marina、Vranjica）からわずか2kmです。魔法のトロギルから15分、空港から20分。石造りの壁に囲まれた中庭には、メインハウス、暖炉のある小さな石造りのコテージ（暖炉）、屋外シャワー付きのプール、大きなテーブル付きの屋根付きテラス、駐車場があります。
1階には大きなリビングルームがあり、キッチンとつながっています。 3つの部屋のそれぞれに専用のバスルームがあります。 1階に位置するお部屋で、ダブルキングサイズベッド、すべてのお部屋、子供用ベッド（長さ170cm）が備わります。 ツインベッド付きのグラウンドフロアに位置する客室です。
この家は伝統的なダルメシアンスタイルのすべての利点を提供しています。石造りの壁や木製の「シャッター」で遮蔽された窓は夏の極端な熱を防ぎ、寒い冬の夜は暖かく保ちます。

Amazing stay – we’ll definitely be back! The apartment is in a fantastic location – just minutes from the sea with a beautiful pool. The equipment and furnishings were excellent, everything we needed was there. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, so I could work remotely without any issues. Only 20 minutes from the airport, yet it was incredibly peaceful – we didn’t see or hear a single plane. Truly a place worth recommending. We’ll definitely return!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen in abgelegener und ruhiger Lage. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool. Der Grill ist in einem separaten Nebengebäude eingebaut. Der Vermieter konnte zwar kein Deutsch, dafür war die Kommunikation auf Englisch mit ihm sehr gut. Er ist sehr nett und hatte sich um alle unsere Wünsche gekümmert. Einziges kleines Manko waren die Ameisen. Sobald Lebensmittel unverpackt herumlagen, waren nach einigen Stunden Ameisen darüber hergefallen. Wir können das Anwesen ansonsten nur jedem weiterempfehlen, der eine abgelegene Unterkunft für mehrere Personen sucht.

A perfect introduction to Croatia

We cannot offer enough praise for this wonderful house and its hosts. Upon arrival, David greeted us with warmth and platters of meet, cheese, olives, bread and wine. The pool was the perfect place to cool off, and the A/C much appreciated in the heat wave. All of the suggestions for local restaurants and beaches were excellent, and the location was great for short hops to Marina/Trogir, and slightly longer trips to Krka, Split, and Sibenik. The kitchen was well equipped (though we used it for lunches/breakfasts and mostly ate out for dinners) and the bedroom configurations just right for our two families. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Tranquil vacation

The villa is located in an absolutely quiet place sitting on an elevated position and thus overlooking the village and surrounding hills. This gives 100% privacy (over our 10 days stay no passers-by, no traffic). The place is very well maintained, super-clean and appropriately equipped with appliances, plates, cutlery, etc. Own car is a must as the village offers no shops/restaurants (but in 10-15 min drive you can get all what is needed). If looking for a quiet place in Dalmatia - search no more.

Haus und Vermieter ließen keine Wünsche offen

In dem Haus kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Es ist etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage errichtet worden. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch gebaut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das viele Holz zusammen mit Metallelementen lassen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre entstehen. Andere Details, wie Vorhänge, Lampen etc. passen sehr gut dazu. Mit vier Erwachsenen ist die Größe genau richtig. Sechs Erwachsene würden notfalls auch passen. Die Außenanlage ist ebenfalls gut durchdacht und mit ihrem mediteranen Flair äußerst ansprechend. Toll waren Pool und Außendusche. Obwohl die Wohnzimmereinrichtung sehr gut ist, haben wir aufgrund der Temperaturen fast nur draußen gesessen und den Blick in die Natur sowie das Grillenzirpen von der Terrasse aus genossen. Der Vermieter ist immer entgegenkommend und ansprechbar gewesen. Er hatte bis ins Kleinste für alles gesorgt. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Für einen reinen Erwachsenenurlaub unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Lovely rural cottage

Lovely stay at Davor’s villa with pool

We spent two weeks in this lovely house. It was very clean and very well provisioned for our stay ( in terms of cleaning items, towels etc), It is nicely decorated and very well maintained. Whilst located at the top of narrow paved road with other houses nearby it was quiet, serene and private (not overlooked). Davor ( the owner) was very friendly and helpful. Location. Made for good access to Trogir and Split and the waterfalls at Krka. What was also great was that two restaurants were within walking distance of the property: one a regular one open normally and the other run by a local family that need to be contacted/reserved a couple of days in advance. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and many thanks Davor. We highly recommend this property if you want a quiet rural retreat but with good access to nearby beaches and supermarkets.

Enchanting house in the Trogir hills

My family stayed at Davor's beautiful villa high above the hills above Trogir. He was gracious, helpful and always available. The villa was peaceful, a happy place where my family and I had a wonderful vacation. We loved the pool. We explored the area and were enchanted with Split, Hvar, and Trogir and spent a day exploring the beautiful Krka falls and walk. This is an enchanting country and the people are what make it so much enjoyable. We loved the food, the care and. the courtesy. We wish we could have stayed longer. The Ragavan/Berrier/Roach family."

A nice house in a small and quiet village

We where three couples staying two weeks in this charming little house and we had a very nice stay. There are two local restaurants and we can recommend them both. Reading the other reviews I can't comme up with something more. All is already said. Davor gave us a warm welcome with a lovely selection of traditional food like cheese, ham and wine and that is something extra I must say. So thank you Davor for a nice stay.

Wonderful stay

Relaxing holiday in a wonderful house

Wonderful house, wonderful family and fantastic holiday! The house is situated in a little village Vrsine, in a very quiet area, so nobody will disturb you. Davor and Katja are really fantastic hosts - they were waiting for us in the village and showed us the way to the house, where they welcomed us with dinner and a bottle of wine. This was super nice. The house has all you need - outside there is a lovely swimming pool where we were spending all days and evenings, long chairs, umbrellas, a garden table and a big grill (we used it once only as it was a very hot week). Inside - very important - air conditioning! The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and a big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and iron plus plenty of towels to use in a hot summer - all is there. Interior and dining room are arranged with taste and nice furniture. One small bedroom with a bunk bed and bathroom/shower is situated on the ground floor. Two spacious and cosy bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (1 double and 1 smaller bed in both bedrooms) are located on the first floor. A small local shop where you can buy basic stuff is around 15 minutes walking distance (open 7 days per week, long hours). For bigger shopping we suggest to go by car to Marina or Trogir. The house has fast internet and as we took with with us many books to read - we enjoyed our vacations just staying there and resting. We were with 2 kids and had enough space but the house can accommodate more, up to 8. Thank you to Davor and his family for a wonderful holiday!

Beautiful Villa in a peaceful, tranquil setting.

For our final week in Croatia, my friend and I wanted something quieter and close to the airport. Davor's Villa was perfect. Located in a peaceful location, beautiful interior - much better than the photographs! well equipped and very clean. Davor, Katja and Darka were very friendly and helpful. They met us in the town, and drove us to the Villa. Told us about the local restaurants, nearby supermarkets and local bus routes - which were very close by. We loved lazy days by the pool, and ate out a couple of times whilst there but enjoyed spending our last week at the Villa. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Fantastic Fantastic!

Villa Kate! Davor and his daughter (Danka) were extremely helpful when we were making the booking. They met us at Villa Kate and had put out a lovely assortment of meats, cheese, olives, anchovies and some of their own wine, all delicious! They showed us around the villa to make sure we knew where everything was. Very kind and thoughtful people. The villa itself is beautifully presented and is immaculately clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. We BBQ'd most evenings (the villa has a great BBQ) but there are also 2 really great restaurants in the village or Vrsine (both within nice walking distance). The villa sits on the hillside above the village with views across the valley, surrounded by olive trees and fig trees, a truly beautiful setting. The pool catches the sun almost all the day and the veranda is perfect for some long lunches! A great place to relax and unwind. The village of Vrsine is quite small but it has the 2 great restaurants and a small supermarket with all the basics. 10 minutes from the villa is the town of Trogir which has a great market every day and a fish market as well, really great local produce! And Trogir is a beautiful old town with lots of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops etc! Really beautiful buildings. From Split Airport to the villa only took us 30 minutes and the route was very easy with Davor's directions. All in all a fantastic holiday in a beautiful location! We will definitely go back! Lovely villa in a beautiful quiet location

We had a fantastic stay here. Davor was very helpful, meeting us at the airport and available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We stayed here with my sisters family and it had plenty of space for 6 of us and the kids loved the pool. It's a short drive to some lovely beaches and Trogir. The restaurant just down the road is fantastic too and the staff there very welcoming. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Lovely, peaceful holiday villa

We enjoyed our week in this comfortable house. It was beautifully clean and Davor & Katja gave us a lovely welcome with a generous spread of food. The air conditioning in the house was great - with 38 degree temperatures in the day and over 30 at night it meant we all slept well. The house is in a very peaceful position - no traffic noise and a short drive down the hill to the coast and nearby supermarkets.

Holiday Rental

The villa was amazing and in a very peaceful beautiful location. The villa was fully equipped with everything you need and the attention to detail was amazing. The owners have thought of everything and laid on a very welcoming spread on our arrival which was very appreciated after a long drive. The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful and were there for all your needs. I would highly recommend this Villa and hope to return in the future.

Beautiful introduction to Croatia

The house is even more beautiful than the website pictures. It is full of light and the old stone keeps it lovely and cool during the day. The kitchen is small but it has everything you need to cook for 2 hungry families and definately try the indoor BBQ its easier than it looks :) meat is great quality from supermarket or butchers. The location is perfect for easy access to Trogir, Split, and Krka as well as all the local beaches in and around Marina but you will need a car. If you are feeling active the view from the church at the top of Drid Hill is stunning just after sunrise. As well as restaurants in Marina and surrounding villages we tried one of the local restaurants in Vrisine, (agrotourismo?) and it was incredible, fresh fish, meat and vegetables and great value we hadn't booked but they squeezed us in. Davor, Katja and Danka are perfect hosts and could not have done more to make us feel welcome and relaxed - thanks (again) Davor!

The Villa Kate

My wife and I were traveling in Europe with our four kids in June 2014 and spent a wonderful five nights at Davor and Kate's villa in Vrsine. The location is off the beaten path, but the accommodations were amazing. A beautiful restored stone villa with up to date and tastefully decorated bedrooms and common areas. It was super clean, well-air conditioned, more than plenty of space for our family of six. We spent many of the evenings relaxing by the pool and watching the stars. Unbelievably quiet and peaceful. Davor was super helpful and accommodating as well. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone traveling along the Dalmatian coast.

Peace and quiet

We recently returned from a lovely 2 weeks at villa kate. We received a very warm welcome from the owners Who had laid out a lovely selection of Traditional food. The setting is Lovely and there are two Good restaurants in the village. We very much enjoyed marina which is only A short drive away. A car is essential but villa Kate is a fantastic base to explore the delights Of central Dalmatia. We had some lovely Days out and the pool was always inviting On our return. The air con in the upstairs bedrooms was very welcome ! Trogir which is only 10 mins By car is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants and Great entertainment in the square. I would recommend villa Kate and it's delightful owners. Thank you for letting Us stay in your lovely house
