Beautiful location

We have been to several locations on Lake Lanier and this is our favorite. The lake here is not real busy, kids and adults swam from dock, easily accessed for toys and fun.

Wonderful Time

The house accommodated our family of 11. It’s large enough so we could gather, and everyone had space for alone time. The grounds are beautiful with many views of the lake. Maurice, the property manager, is excellent! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and plan to return next year.

The perfect spot for a family vacation

Our family spent every evening enjoying our home-cooked dinners in the dining room that accommodated all 11 of us. There was much laughter and fun for all if us everyday.

Great Stay!!!

We had a great stay at this property. The house was huge, extremely clean, very well furnished and we found it to perfectly suit our needs. Maurice who is the Property Manager was extremely helpful and well organized which made our booking process a breeze. Will definitely be coming back to this property in the future!

Wonderful visit

The house is perfect for family gatherings. There were 10 of us, and we could sit at the dining room table. Maurice, the property manager, went above and beyond to see that we had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Family vacation

We keep coming back to this house for our family vacations! The location right on the water, away from speeding boats makes this house the perfect place to bob in the lake all afternoon. There is plenty to do for all ages. We loved the pool and volley ball court and huge deck. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a perfect fit for our family.

Perfect Lake Getaway

House and grounds were great for a large group. This part of the lake was very calm and not very busy, making use of our wave runners as well as a rented pontoon very enjoyable. Maurice was outstanding to work with. Highly recommend👍🏻!!!

We had a great week. Property had everything we could ask for.

We had our bi-annual family reunion with 23 kids, grand kids and great grand kids. Weather was perfect and the property was ideal. Kids loved the pool and jumping off the boathouse. We would definitely come back.

Worked for us!

This home met our needs perfectly. We were able to gather 20+ people for meals. While only 15-17 slept here it served as a great gathering place. The hot tub and pool were appreciated (the pool in November?) for those who ignored the outdoor temps.

So much room

Maurice is amazing! He showed us around and how everything works, greatly appreciated! We loved the space and amenities - so many! The house was clean and pool & hot tub was cleaned again while we were there. We stayed nine days and hated to leave. The rooms are sound proof too - we couldn’t hear anything from the rooms- nice. We would love to stay there again - it is a great place for any season.

Summer Fun

The house was just as described and the pictures were very accurate. The house was huge and there was plenty of space for all of us. Our family enjoyed the lake, the dock, the pool, the hot tub, the volleyball court, and everything the house had to offer. We rented a boat one day and had a great day on the lake. Would recommend this location to everyone. We did not get to meet Maurice, but talked with him on the phone. He assured us that he was there to help us in any way he was needed. Great vacation!

As promised

Large clean home with pretty much everythingwe needed to be comfortable and to spend time catching up with old freinds. Property is dated, but everything worked fine and everyone was happy with the house. We had 6 couples and everyone had their own room and bathroom.

Covid-19 Stay-cation

We took a risk (I’m 58, my girlfriend is 62) scheduling this during Covid (soon after GA started opening up), and it paid off in spades!!!! The home was clean and the location excellent!! We added in renting a pontoon boat for 2 days (kept it at the home’s dock) with a wake board & tube, and fun was had by all!!! An added benefit was fishing off the dock where we caught plenty of bass & catfish!!! Great place for a family vacation (at one point we had 14 family members there)!!! Check in & out was painless, and the property manager Maurice was great!!! Highly recommend this property!!!!

Perfect lakeshore location for a family gathering!

Three generations of our family, 25 in all, spent a marvelous week at Lee's Manor! The addition of steps and a hand railing leading to the boat dock since the photos were taken made it much easier for our older family members to get to the lake without slipping or falling. The pool and volleyball court kept the kids occupied until bedtime most every night and the house is designed to provide plenty of privacy for those who prefer it. Annual Family Getaway

We have been doing an annual family getaway to Lake Lanier with the kids and grandkids. This is by far the best property we have stayed. Pool, spa, amenities, boat dock, everything was as advertised. Maurice and his team did a great job cleaning the house, changing to new linens and setting out fresh towels. No issues at all during our stay. Two things to consider. While the home is right on the lake, the lake view from the house and yard is obstructed by trees. Also, the steps down to the lake are fine, but the climb back up is for those in good health due to the incline. We plan to return.

I'll begin this review telling you that I am a type-A, clean freak and this property exceeded my expectations. The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice.
It is very clean, large, and extremely accommodating to a large group. We expected to have a party of 25 for a 75th Birthday celebration for my Father in Law, a few couldn't make it at the last minute, but we still ended up with 20, age ranges from 18 months to 75 years old. We had plenty of room so that no one felt crowded (and would not have been crowded even with the full crew). The property has something for everyone from R&R, volleyball, hot tubing, gaming, pool time, and then there was the lake of course which feels private and secluded! Several in our group enjoyed using the kayak and going across the lake to explore the island. My husband jumped off the top of the boathouse & all the kids loved trying to fish off the side. The house is stocked with anything and everything that you could possibly need...we loved having two ice machines separate from the multiple refrigerators.
I can not speak highly enough about this property or of Julie and Maurice. Julie worked hard to help us with booking and Maurice gave us a through and detailed tour of the house...which was perfect because we knew where everything was every time anyone needed anything! Towels for bathing, beach towels, all the linens, dishes, life jackets, toys...you seriously only need yourself, clothes & food to enjoy this property. I hope that we can return one day!
I'll also add that our full deposit was returned the day after we left.
Can't ask for more than that! Excellent customer service!
