5 minutes from the beach, and in the OASIS area of Sitges, is this 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people.

The Mercadona supermarket is less than 5 minutes away (as is the train station) but if you want something even closer, there is a small Caprabo supermarket below the apartment.

Sitges beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are the bars and restaurants we like the most.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony big enough to eat, sunbathe or have a drink. It is a simple apartment, very spacious, comfortable and very well located. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a large table with chairs, air conditioning, Wifi, TV and access to the balcony overlooking the street.

The kitchen is a separate room. Equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. The 3 bedrooms are doubles. One of them has 1 double bed (1.35x1.90) and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each. There are 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs in the hallway.

There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

It is ideal for people with reduced mobility as it has an elevator that reaches the apartment.

The building has a communal swimming pool for our guests to use. If you need parking, you can request it in advance and we will do our best to offer you a space in this building.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
- Pets allowed upon request.
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Arrival between 00:01 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
