Our favorite things to do:
1. Cape May Zoo: absolutely the best zoo we've been to and it is FREE (but they do accept donations if you'd like)! Great views of many animals: Lions, bears, leopards, cheetahs, camels, bison, llamas, alpaca, deer, giraffes, zebra, antelope, lemurs, monkeys, farm animals to feed and many more. They also have amazing aviary and reptile/amphibian house. There is also a disc golf course on Zoo property just beyond the exhibits. There is also a ropes/ziplining course for adult and child age adventurers.
2. Cape May Miniature golf: fun family activity at a beautiful golf course. Many more also in the area.
3. Sunset Beach: Don't miss the national anthem and flag lowering each day at sunset.
4. Park & Ride Trolley through Downtown Cape May. Trolley ride is $1.00 person. http://www.capemay.com gettingaround-trolley.html
5. We love dining at the Blue Pig Tavern for great American fare at the Congress Hall. Lucky Bones is another great restaurant close to our property which serves BBQ nd Seafood. The Lobster House is also another local Favorite.
6. Cape May Lewes Ferry: great way to check out Delaware beaches and beautiful town of Lewes.
7. Plan a trip to the Willow Creek Winery in Cape May and try their Blackberry Merlot! They also have select entertainment including music and comedy acts.
8. Par 3 golf course and driving range only 3 miles away
9. We love Poverty Beach in Cape May. It is one of the less crowded beaches!
10. Visit playground by the beach "Sunrise at Rambler Rd" and then walk right out to the Wildwood Crest Beach (no beach tags required at Wildwood). Perfect free activity for kids
