The 3-room house spans 80 m2 and is spread over 2 levels. The furnishings have a rustic feel, with a living/sleeping room that includes a double sofa bed (160 cm), dining table, and satellite TV. The room also has an exit to the terrace. There is one additional room on this level, featuring a single bed (80 cm) and a French bed (160 cm). This room also has terrace access.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A shower/WC is also located on this level.

Upstairs, there is another room with a double bed (160 cm) and a shower/WC. The apartment has gas heating and a terrace with panoramic views. Terrace furniture and a box-room are also available.
