The property is fenced and covers an area of 4,500 square meters, featuring trees, a 12 x 5 meter swimming pool, which is available seasonally from May 20th to September 30th, and is open from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Guests can also enjoy table tennis, an arbour, garden furniture, barbecue, and a children's playground.

Inside the residence, guests can take advantage of a bar and WiFi, as well as a washing machine, which is available for shared use at an additional cost. The living/sleeping room is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed (160 cm), a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. You can also enjoy access to the balcony through this room.

One of the rooms contains a French bed (160 cm) and also has access to the balcony. The other room is furnished with two beds (80 cm in width and 190 cm in length) and, like the other rooms, has access to the balcony.

The apartment also features an open kitchen with four gas rings, a shower/WC, and air conditioning. The balcony is 15 m2 and comes with balcony furniture.

For your convenience, the apartment also includes a baby cot and internet access (WiFi). You can also bring two pets or dogs with you during your stay.
