On the upper floor, the welcoming living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm, a dining table, and direct access to a balcony. A separate room on the same level offers 1 french bed of 160 cm. The fully equipped open kitchen is integrated into this floor and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom on this level is fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. On the top floor, a further room with charming sloping ceilings and a rooflight provides an additional sleeping space with 1 bed measuring 80 cm, accompanied by a separate WC.
