It consists of an entrance to the small living room-kitchen with a lounge area, sofa bed, and dining table, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a covered veranda with a laundry area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and kettle. Free street parking is available in front of the building. Located on the ground floor, it is ideal for visiting the area's beautiful beaches and for business stays.
