On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting living and dining room, seamlessly connected to a fully equipped open kitchen. From this level, a direct exit leads out to the garden, extending your living space into the outdoors. A shower room with WC is also conveniently located on this floor.

The upper floor features 2 bedrooms, both characterized by charming sloping ceilings that lend the space a warm and intimate atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. Both bedrooms benefit from individual air conditioning units. A second shower room with WC completes the upper floor. The property enjoys a beautiful view of the lake.
