The living and dining area forms the heart of the home, offering a comfortable and cosy space furnished with a flat screen satellite TV, radio, and CD-player, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 single mattresses of 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and the second bedroom mirrors this configuration with an identical double bed setup of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is well appointed for self-catering stays. The property features 1 bathroom as well as a separate WC. A partially roofed terrace of 30 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complete with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, making it an ideal spot for outdoor relaxation.
