We are a Swedish-Norwegian couple living in Oslo who fell in love with this beautiful countryside property six years ago. We were looking for a place where we could slow down, reconnect with nature and create lasting memories with family and friends.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was a place we wanted to share with others. That is how Remjeng Retreat was born.

Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy. We love welcoming guests, creating a warm atmosphere and helping people experience the peace, beauty and simple joy of Swedish countryside life.

As nature lovers, we were drawn to this part of Sweden for its peaceful forests, beautiful lakes and quiet countryside.

Here you’ll find hiking trails, fishing lakes, swimming spots and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors without the crowds. It’s the perfect place to slow down, breathe fresh air and experience nature at your own pace.

For us, this landscape has a calming energy that makes it easy to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with what really matters.

Unlike many vacation rentals, you have exclusive access to a spacious property with a main house, guest cottage, spa house, outdoor kitchen, orangery, pool and large private garden. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spend time together while still finding their own quiet corner.

Many of our guests tell us they hardly leave the property because everything they need for a relaxing getaway is already here.
