Home was cozy and had a family feel to it. There was space for everyone and even a bit extra. Everything was clean and fully stocked. Would definitely stay again. Lorna was very quick with responses.

This was our 5th time staying at this beautiful cabin in Tabernash. We always have every single thing we need plus some! Lorna is always readily available for any questions or concerns and quick to come up with a solution! The views and walks from the cabin are incredible! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic stay

The house was perfect for us - it's just as described and perfect for a family getaway in the mountains. Also, the view from the front is spectacular! Hope we can come back again next summer.

We had such a great time! This was, by far, the best stocked Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen was full of everything we needed for some big family dinners, which we really appreciated! Lots of games, puzzles, stocked bathrooms, etc. It really felt like a home. The proximity to Winter Park and Grand Lake were perfect for day trips. And sunsets on the balcony were second to none! Thanks for helping make our family reunion amazing!!

Fantastic Winter Park getaway

Nice and spacious home for families, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, very clean, great views. Host kept in contact during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Suggest 4WD in winter as roads are winding and moderate grade.

Great Log Cabin!

We had a wonderful stay at Lorna and Tom's home. Fast and efficient communication with the owners. The home itself has all the cookware and games that anyone could want. It is well laid out to accommodate at least two or three small gatherings at once. We had a great time and hope to be back!

Amazing place to stay

My family enjoyed our stay here. No close neighbors, house is amazing, views are incredible on the deck, beautiful kitchen that has everything anyone could need, whomever cleans the house does an incredible job. The drive up to the house could be a challenge - dirt road and sharp curves.

Perfect place to stay!

This is the best supplied house we have ever seen. Plenty of space. Close enough to the slopes, but far enough away to relax on your own. We absolutely loved it. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions.

Gorgeous getaway

Very spacious and comfortable home! The home was well stocked, and very clean. It has a beautiful view! It is stocked with lots of fun games and good movies. We had a great time in that area with lots of things to do.

This cabin has everything you need; it’s such a cozy stay. Plenty of rooms, full kitchen, lots of places to hang out, board games galore… can’t say enough good things about it. Lorna was extremely communicative and was very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Family vacation

The location of this house is beautiful. The house had everything that you could need. My grandson loved the pool room. We had plenty of space for the 10 of us.Lorna was a fantastic host. We would love to visit again.

Family Reunion!!

Our family reunited from: Florida, Texas, Canada, and Australia….to remember my parents. We grew up spending our summers at Devils Thumb Ranch, where we had our cabin. This house was absolutely amazing! The kids loved the bunk room, adults loved the large bedrooms. We cooked together in.the beautifully appointed kitchen It was the perfect location for us!

Great view!

Great place with responsive host. The property has a great view and the area is nice in the summer due to proximity of activities including rafting, fishing, boating, hiking, birding, napping, eating, drinking, Rocky Mountain National Parking, swimming, zip lining, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, botanizing, shopping, and rubber necking. We will definitely try to return in the future.

Beautiful Cabin, Amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin easily for three families, 10 people total with room to spare. It was only about 15-20 from the ski areas and town. The neighborhood is a bit of a climb to get to the top where the cabin is but more than worth it. Remote with fantastic views and the cabin itself really gives you the mountain feel. Host was very responsive and gracious to us. 10/10 recommend this one if you visit Winter Park.

Middle of Everything

The location is virtually in the middle of everything you could want to do from shopping to fishing to hiking or taking ATVs on riding trails. The log homes location is also excellent for spending the day at home enjoying the solitude and the spectacular views. We had 10 in our family stay rangeing from 7 to 73 years old and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The home is clean and supplied with everything you could need in a home. We would rate in the the top 5 of all the VRBO stays we have utilized.

We fell in love with the hand hewn log home that was meticulously built. It has breathtaking views of the mountain ranges and is perfectly situated for a group of 10 to 12 family members or friends looking for a mountain retreat. Winter Park / Mary Jane is one of our favorite ski areas and Grand Lake and Lake Granby offer wonderful water activities. Mountain biking, hiking and fly fishing are also family favorites and it doesn't get any better than that offered in the Fraser Valley!

Offers the feeling of a true "mountain getaway" with the solitude and pristine beauty of surrounding mountain scenery and a treed 3 acre lot while providing the convenience of being minutes away from world class ski resorts, golf courses and all of the amenities the Fraser Valley has to offer. The Winter Park Highlands area has access to biking and hiking trails, including an entrance to the trails of Granby Ranch.
