Perfect place to stay

Just returned from a lovely week at Villa Agora. The host met us on arrival to show us around and was very helpful. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable, great pool and terrace. Great location just a 15 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina and also within easy reach of Papagayo Beach. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Really nice villa with great facilities. - Close to local supermarket (including an English one) probably 3-4minute walk. - Fantastic Indian restaurant close by, would highly recommend. - The beautiful marina is 20 minute walk, with lots of lovely restaurants. We had hire car so nice and close. - Please note wifi does not work upstairs (if you have children) - Was very windy due to location of mountains - is there is local building work, working 6 days per week, which was off putting to start with but we got used to it.

Villa Agora, Lanzarote

Enjoyed a very nice stay at the property. It was a well equipped and spacious villa. Local amenities were close by and the main town was within walking distance although a bit further out than initially realised. Location was very quiet but still close to beaches etc.

Lovely Villa

A lovely 3 bed villa which has the sun for most of the day. Supermarket is a short walk and the marina is about 20 minutes along the front.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Agora. The Villa is immaculate and it is within easy walking distance to both the Marina and Papagayo beach. We all loved the pool and the garden is in the sun for most of the day. Communication with our host was excellent and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a great location

The house is very tastefully, decorated and with attention to detail and all rooms are big enough and we didn't lack anything. There was enough crockery, storage space, etc. The outdoor area is really great, but the pool was a bit too cold for us, so we didn't use it often (it was also almost never in direct sunlight). Nice seaview from the balcony (5min walk to the sea).The hosts were very friendly and attentive.

A wonderful Villa

We had 2 problems whilst we were there, the outside furniture is not fit for purpose, one of the plastic chairs broke whilst sitting on it I was fortunate I was not hurt it could have been very dangerous, and the towels provided are not very good you only get one bath towel and one hand towel per person per week so be prepared to wash them or pay 10 euros to get more, please also be aware that the host does not speak English so make sure you have google translate on your phone. but in all fairness a fabulous Villa

Die Villa ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Zimmer mit sechs Betten, zwei Badezimmer mit WC und ein Gäste WC machen ein Aufenthalt mit bis zu 6 Personen locker möglich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Herd.Der Eigentümer ist einfach zu erreichen und antwortet sehr schnell.Was man allerdings wissen soll (vor allem wenn man mit kleinen Kindern kommt) ist, dass der Pool 1,7m tief ist im gesamten Pool.

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Übergabe war reibungslos. Die Terrasse kann mit Schiebeelementen komplett geschlossen werden, so dass wir sie im März auch abends gut nutzen konnten und vor Wind geschützt waren. Der Pool hatte angenehme 26-28 Grad und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und zur kilometerlangen Strandpromenade sind es auch nur wenige Minuten. Zum Hafen mit diversen Restaurants sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Papagayo Strände sind ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns in dem Haus rundum wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Schönes Haus in Playa Blanca unweit der Marina

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht, es war wundervoll. Der richtige Ort zum ausspannen. Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten kann man an der Strandpromenade zur Marina laufen. Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, es ist voll ausgestattet. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert problemlos. Gerne wieder...

Absolutely perfect!

We had a great stay. The communication before was clear and structured. The key handover was contactless and well organized. Parking is available directly in front of the property. As the area is quiet, the street where the villa is located is a dead end, there is hardly any traffic noise. The pictures show exactly what is actually there. The house is furnished with a lot attention to detail and absolutely clean. the kitchen has everything you need. all devices work properly. the outdoor area with pool is beautifull. Since you can open and close the conservatory on two sides if necessary, a stay on cooler evenings is also super pleasant. the balcony offers a beautiful view and you are largely protected from looking at the property. A Superdino and a Waitrose are within a few minutes' walk. We will be happy to come back. Thank you very much!!! ******************************** Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation vorher war klar und strukturiert. Die Schlüsselübergabe war kontaktlos und gut organisiert. Parkplätze stehen direkt vor dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Da die Gegend ruhig ist, die Straße, in der sich die Villa befindet ist eine Sackgasse, gibt es kaum Verkehrslärm. Die Bilder zeigen genau das, was tatsächlich da ist. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und absolut sauber. die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist wunderschön. Da man den Wintergarten bei Bedarf an zwei Seiten öffnen und schließen können, ist ein Aufenthalt auch an kühleren Abenden super angenehm. Der Balkon bietet eine schöne Aussicht und man ist weitgehend vor dem Blick auf das Grundstück geschützt. Ein Superdino und ein Waitrose sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!!!

Tiene una terraza muy agradable con una zona resguardada y una buena barbacoa. La piscina un poco fría pero amplia. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero están bien para pasar unos días.

Haus zum wohlfühlen

Die Villa Agora ist ein helles, geräumiges, gut ausgestattet Haus, in dem wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlten. Der Wintergarten ermöglicht es, auch bei Wind oder an einem kühlen Abend draussen zu sitzen, was wir sehr genossen haben. Zur Promenade am Meer sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In der Marina gibt es einige empfehlenswerte Restaurants, aber auch die Küche des Hauses lädt zum Kochen ein. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern Laura und Joaquin funktionierte perfekt, wir wären am liebsten gleich dageblieben, muchas gracias Laura y Joaquin!

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr harmonisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht! Das Quartier ist ruhig und die Nähe zu den traumhaften Papagayo-Stränden super. Ein Mietwagen würden wir unbedingt empfehlen. Die Insel bietet unglaublich viel. Besten Dank für alles!

GRAN ESTANCIA EN VILLA AGORA

Buenas, llevamos 7 años yendo de vacaciones a Playa Blanca. Tengo q decir que siempre hemos estado encantados pero este último año se ha superado!!! La casa es una maravilla, la distribución, y especialmente la zona principal de cocina-salón-terraza-piscina. La habitación principal es muy acogedora pero lo mejor es lo fresquitos q hemos dormido gracias a la corriente de brisas que se disfruta en Lanzarote en cualquier época del año. y más aún en esta casa que tiene todo pensado. No falta ni un detalle q puedas echar de menos en tu residencia habitual y en cuanto a limpieza, perfecta. Por encima del resto. Siempre vamos algo más de 2 semanas y nunca nos habían facilitado tanto todo… sábanas de repuesto, en fin…y por no hablar del buen gusto al decorarla… hemos estado más que encantados. El contacto con los propietarios ha sido de 10.y se la recomendaría a todo el mundo. Gracias por todo. Hemos disfrutado una vez más del Paraíso de Lanzarote y descansado como nunca en esta villa maravillosa.

Tranquila y agradable

En general la casa está bastante bien, aunque no tiene 3 baños como indica el anuncio sino 2 baños y 1 aseo, y sólo uno de los baños dentro de la habitación. Por ello, lo veo más para una familia que para 6 personas, ya que hay que compartir los baños para ducharse. También es cierto que le faltan algunas cosas como los utensilios de la barbacoa o unas copas para tomar combinados (tuvimos que comprar para poder tomarlos). El menaje es un poco corto para las personas que pueden ocupar la casa y tienes que poner bastantes veces el lavavajillas. Los primeros días de estancia hubo una ola de calor y al preguntar por cómo se encendía el aire acondicionado nos dijeron que no estaba enchufado, que no estaba incluido en la estancia, por lo que pasamos bastante calor para dormir. Por lo demás la casa está muy bien, especialmente la zona chill-out que te permite estar cuando sopla el aire, que siempre tiene la isla. La zona también es muy tranquila con un supermercado muy cerca.

Villa au calme avec vue magnifique

Villa rénovée entièrement 3ch et 2sdb et 1 pièce d'eau. Notre hôte est arrivée en quelque instant pour nous donner les clés suite à notre appel, si non via WhatsApp, on peu communiquer en espagnol ,réponse immédiate. La villa est équipée pour 6 adultes avec juste le nécessaire, manque juste le matériel pour le barbecue (pince en inox, gant, pic à brochette).Piscine nettoyée 1xpar semaine et passage pour le contrôle du niveau d'eau et moteur. Villa près d'un HIPERDINO 700M et accès routier très direct.
